Got this leash mainly for the longer length, and it's proving to be exactly what I needed. I've been testing it in the yard with my stubborn puller before hitting the trails (once this weather warms up!). The construction feels solid and durable. Being hands-free is definitely an adjustment - I keep reaching for a leash that isn't there! While the extra features are nice, I'm still getting used to not having that familiar leash grip. Just know it comes pretty basic - just the leash in a white bag. Perfect for anyone wanting to transition from traditional leashes, just give yourself time to adjust.

Nice strong and well made lead which is very easy to hold. I like the fact this is hands free so i can either attach to my waist or simply hang over my shoulder. Plenty of lead for my dog to walk with. Definately recommend.

This was a great purchase for me, I was skeptical that it wouldn't work for us but it was great! I have a 90 lb lab who loves to go on walks but isn't always the easiest to walk. My purpose of buying this was because he likes to switch what side of me he walks on (sometimes behind me and sometimes in front), and in the winter when I have on mittens I can't effectively switch hands and don't feel comfortable doing a turn to untwist us in fear of slipping on ice. It does go around my waist with him when he walks circles around me but it needs a little help to go around smoothly. I also love the short handle for when he needs to be controlled, however I do wish it were 6" farther out but we make do.

My pup LOVES to walk me in circles so having this on took some getting used to. Being hand free is so beneficial for me though. My dog is super heavy so i'm often worried about him bolting off with only my arm strength to keep him put. This provides an extra layer of protection against that possibility whilst also allowing me to manage things like doors or answering the phone easily.

Great quality good product only marked it down because it's not suitable for my dog which is a chihuahua. The metal parts are good quality just too big and heavy for him.

I wrap the lead round my waist and hold the lead as well so if my hand gets painfull I know I can let go of the lead and knowing that my furbaby can't run off

This leash is comfortable. I use the crossbody configuration. My only complaint is I was under the impression that it came with a seat belt attachment and it did not.

The length is a little shorter than I expected and the hardware is so heavy that it swings really heavily and keeps distracting my dog. I don't think a running leash really needs to have the seat belt buckle and the heavy duty clip and all the other accessories that are added onto it.

This thing is great—although I thought WTF when I first saw it. Give it time. Let it grow on you. I bought this to use as a “crossbody” hands-free leash along with a regular leash—and it’s amazing for that! By looping this around me and using the carabiner to lock the leash, my puppy can’t run away if I drop the leash. This only has to happen ONCE for you to realize how valuable this item is. It also had a built in “handle” so you can grab the strap comfortably. AND it has a seatbelt hook for the car. I use it every day. It’s the greatest!

I use a walker and have been training my dog as a service dog and this leash is so helpful. I knew I couldn't do the kind that goes around the waste for several reasons and this is excellent.

This hands free dog walking lead works pretty much ad described, but I do think it's a bit to much for smaller dogs. Great for a medium size.It connects around your waist with a clip and is adjustable. No complaints about comfort.The lead is then adjustable in length, around 1.5m up to 2.7m, so plenty of lead space. It's easy to pull back if there is any problem.The strapping it's made out of is pretty sturdy, so should take some pulling.Good value for money.
