I followed the instruction to clean the tiles mounting area with propyl alcohol and squeeze as much bubbles out of it. After mounting it, I waited 12 hours before using it. So far, so good. It has not fallen. It has been almost 3 weeks now. Hope it stays that way. I am glad I can now put the shower head at the arm level after having been hit by a falling overhead mounted shower head twice.

I like how the adjustment gears hold the head in different positions but the main thing is the glue that holds the whole thing to the wall. They sent 2 adhesive backings and both keep falling off. Disappointed.

This looks like it came with my shower head. You need to ensure you position it where you want it, because the grip and adhesion is real. I had to remove it, but was able to loosen it with the help of the heat from a blow dryer. I was a little afraid that my shower head would no be locked in tightly enough and was worried that it would slip out and crack my tile, other than that it worked well!

Purchased the shower holder to lower the shower head for my mother. Used the adhesive which adheres very well to the smooth wall tiles. Made sure to clean the tile with isopropol alcohol. Good product.

I bought this hoping it would make my shower more comfortable. My shower has a built-in bench which I prefer to use because of my limited mobility. My shower has a shower head with moveable hose but the holder is out of reach if I am seated. The addition of this suction holder can be placed on most surfaces in my shower and can make it so that I don't have to hold the shower head in order to remain safely seated during my shower! It is so easy to install, it is made well and rotates and can hold positions . It looks like it is an original part of my shower making a nice upgraded appearance. It has now been in its current position for about 3 weeks. I've had suction items before that have failed faster than that. So far, the performance has exceeded my guarded expectations!

The adhesive does not hold , so you are better off installing it with screws. The screw anchors provided are total crap, so get some good ones. Once installed, works good.

We have our hand-held shower head on a slide bar, but it just wasn't low enough when first adjusting the temperature. This is perfect; I love the three positions and the ease of adjusting. I attached it to the tile wall using command strips for wet areas and it has held up nicely. Now that I know where I want it, I will attach to the tile with adhesive. I am very happy with my purchase.
