Cheaply made and sounds terrible! Some of the bells make no sound!

The bells sound good to my untrained ear. The smallest one sounds a little tinny, but again, I’m not musically inclined. The legs, bells, and hammer are metal but the beam is plastic. The legs can pivot to be perpendicular to the beam. I got it half off for $15 so not bad. The bells are hollow, they do not have a clapper which I believe is how they were historically.
