These are a little smaller O.D. than I was hoping for but they fit the rivets snugly. I used these to mount brass piano hinges on plastic tub lids to make a crate/carrier for small animals. They worked sufficiently.

Holes are a little large and 3/16 rivets that these washers are listed for pull through sometimes causing rework.

This is a great price for 600 washers. Home Depot on Tractor Supply wanted $10 for 50 washes. I use these small washes for projects but of course this time I use them with aluminum rivets.

I generally avoid pop rivets but they have their place. I had to repair a cracked belly pan on a car and decided pop rivets and thin aluminum sheet was the answer. The issue is that the thin plastic and the thin aluminum might fail again. So I bought these in bulk to beef up the riveted joints. The quantity was large but they are very cheap per piece this way. And they will eventually get used.Highly recommended.

Cannot be used on the back because they are too loose. On the other side they are so loose that they don’t center themselves and are barely larger than the rivet shoulder. I had to buy the 300 count, thicker, and actually 3/16” ID washer from a different manufacturer.
