The stand is good for an egg shaped chair. It holds up to 300 lbs. My chair swivels around in a full circle. I attached my chair with my own chain and carabiner latch.

It works great! Fairly easy for our friend that put it together. I love that it is a circle rather than theX type stands. The circle also takes up much less space! The circle is much safer than the X style stands which you can trip over.It is also very stable!

It's a hefty, well made stand for your hammock, chair or swing. The base design leaves a smaller footprint then most, and the round design means you're less likely to bang your toes on it. Easy assembly, tools included..

I like the quality of this stand and it was easy to assemble. I have it outside, but be aware that you MUST be sure it's on level ground! Otherwise it could tip over when you use it. (I found out the hard way, lol) I have it on a blacktop surface that isn't perfectly level so I simply used a couple shims in the right places and now it's nice and stable. It's perfect!

Product was easy to assemble even though it was made for a chair I'm using it for my parrot cage which is quite heavy and it keeps him away from my cats and dogs very very sturdy product highly recommend

Everything went fine with assembling it, until it came to the last joint for the top of the hanging swing. The bolt fits through each hole when the joints aren't put together, but as soon as you join them, the holes don't line up enough to manually screw the bolts in. I had to use a hammer to pound them in enough for the threads to catch so I could finish it. Whoever had that job needs to be fired.

Took a chance on this swing stand since at the time of writing this, it had no reviews. However, it was the only swing stand I found from scouring Amazon that I felt 1. Looked good, 2. Didn’t take up too much space, 3. Seemed like a sturdy and stable design.I have a jacquard hammock ‘chair’ that I wanted to make semi portable for indoor/outdoor use, and safe for use in an apartment. This stand seemed to be the ideal size, shape, and sturdiness for that, so I bought it.Cost/Value:At the time of this review, the stand cost $65, with a $5 coupon, plus $30 shipping to my area. That’s a grand total around $90, which is perfectly average compared to other stands I was looking at that offered free shipping. For the perceived quality of this stand after receiving it, I’d say this is a very fair price.Quality:The pieces are way heavier and bigger than I thought they would be; this is a good thing. This stand is STURDY, or at least, the materials it’s made of seem to be. Hollow but strong, heavy, thick metal pipe with a uniform curve across all the pieces and a well constructed design - it looks just like the picture.Stability:I actually feel really secure sitting and swinging from it, and the base is very stable, even on my uneven tile floor. I was cautious at first, but it’s pretty sturdy so far! I don’t feel like anything is shifting around and it’s not swaying or creaking with my movement. As of now, out of the box, I’d say it’s stable and trustworthy.Set Up:Very easy to put together, came with all the necessary tools and pieces and took no more than 30 minutes for me to build solo. I like that it comes with both a wrench and an allan key, using both made it easy to counter balance the nuts and bolts to really get it tight. Instructions were simple 4 step diagrams and were perfectly fine to understand. There’s not many pieces and it’s pretty clear what goes where.Overall, I’d say it’s pretty stable and comfortable! The price is fair, even accounting for shipping, and it seems to be well constructed to perform it’s job safely.5 stars at time of set up, but I’ll be sure to update if anything changes as I use it. At this point though, so far so good and I’m happy with it.

This stand is exactly what my Swingasan chair needed. No more bolts falling out of the porch ceiling and me hitting the ground. Strong and sturdy. Easy to put together and take apart if needed.
