Avoid this poorly made piece of junk. It is one year old, maybe used 15 times. A little under powered but the color was cute. Unfortunately, the beaters were so poorly made that they flew apart. What an absolute piece of junk. They will not replace the beater, let alone the mixer itself. It certainly wasn't the cheapest one out there. It was literally a week past the warranty and VERY lightly used.

Not only is this mixer beautiful in color it is also so quiet while using it. It'll whip right through cream cheese and making it smooth and creamy. I can't wait to use it for my other baking needs. Perfect price also.

I read every mixer review and ordered 2 that had to return due to being very lame in power. This one delivers! Also fits nicely with all the asst. blades into the bottom case. In love with the color. I was shocked at tge cost of mixers now. My 30 yr old $8 mixer bought at the local drug store is beginning to tap the beaters together. Still runs tho.

It had no problem with mixing eggs into a cream cheese sugar for cheesecake. I forgot how helpful a mixer can be. Has a slow speed which I liked. Stored in a cupboard until cookie time. I like the mint green color.

I am so glad I bought this mixer. It’s nice and solid, with proper mixing blades, not skinny wires. The speed selection is great. I just made a banana bread and the texture is absolutely perfect. This mixer also stands on its own and is tall enough to have the blades stand over my tallest mixing bowl. I highly recommend this product.

I have had this for about 10 months and I love it. It has the old style flat blade beaters instead of the wire style. These are so much more efficient in breaking up cream cheese and butter for a smoother finish. The wire style were not as affective. The color is fine..it stays in the cupboard between uses and the color doesn't impact how well it works.

I purchased this food mixer and when arrived looked really nice, looking forward to using it. To my horror the plug was not British standards and became aware that I could not get a converted anywhere. Tried to send back and at the post office was told that it would cost me £38 to send it back. I chocked at the cost, taking it back home. This company are out of order selling this product with not the right plug. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

I went around and around in my head about this one! I thought it was what I wanted, but was still so unsure! I wanted a quiet, yet quality mixer that would work in my tiny space and not break the BANK! I finally just ordered it to give it a GO. AND- Wow this thing is awesome!!! It’s so quiet I can use it with my husband asleep or watching TV in the next room and it won’t disturb him. It’s not the sage green color of the box. That’s true. However, it’s a nice minty green color. Very vintage looking- cute as can be!!! I actually love the color! It’s not heavy! The storage box is so great! It keeps even the cord stored away and snaps on and off easily. So handy!!! It goes in my tiny cabinet over my stove with room to spare! And tonight it mashed potatoes like a professional mixer. It did this so quietly and quickly, as well! Wow, Hamilton Beach, you’d did that!!!!! I just gave you 5 stars on your website too! I love so many of your products! Adding this one to the stuff I LOVE list! It’s definitely a keeper!!!!!!

This machine looked and felt wonderful until I saw the plug it’s a us plug if you order this like I did and didn’t realise this because it does not say anywhere you can send it back ups I looked up where one was nearest me and it was local didn’t cost me anything and I got refunded the next day

I really really had a hard time choosing between the Magnolia Bakery by Hamilton Beach and the Dualit.I've always wanted a Dualit but, the HB was more in my budget. I did search through Google alot to try to find reviews on this outside of Amazon and there really is none. But, it being my my budget I took a chance.When I got it I was a bit skeptical but, decided to try it out to test by making Chocolate Chip cookies for my granddaughters as the batter is heavy.The first thing I noticed while making it was how quiet is was.I've had alot of hand mixers over the years and this by far is the quietest. Even on the top speed. Even my husband was shocked by how quiet it was.As I got to the end of the mixing of the batter I also noticed how powerful it really is. It does not feel powerful but, it plows through the dough on medium speed. I never had to use the 4th or 5th speed and it was comfortable.It does have the slow start on first speed and that helps when using any hand mixer.I also went to the Magnolia Bakery NYC site and found wonderful recipes to use as well. And you can also get recipe books from Amazon to use.I think the Magnoia Bakery NYC and Hamilton Beach parterning up is the start of a beautiful friendship.
