bonita, elegante vintage. Funciona bien y con buena potencia. Lo único malo es que no trae caja para guardar sus accesorios junto con la batidora.El paquete me llegó bien protegido y en buenas condiciones.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing. Sending mine back straight away as it does indeed come with a foreign plug adapter. Not fit for purpose.Blew my downstairs fuse boards because of this. Do not buy if in the UK

Well, first of all the price was so low at a little under $14 that I wasn't sure what to expect at all. Then, I received the item and my "awesome deal" turned into a major disappointment when it turned on for a second and then never worked again. So, frustrated, I contacted the chat bot at Amazon about all this and was further frustrated, except that the NEXT DAY I had a new mixer at my door that worked amazingly well! I have no idea how I got the replacement so quickly but I am pretty impressed. All of this long story to say that it is an incredible value for an excellent mixer, but I can't guarantee that you won't get a dud and need a replacement. But if you do, it won't take long for a new one to arrive :) Blessings and Happy Baking!

Me encantó la potencia y el diseño, muy buen desempeño en el batido para pastel, he tenido batidoras manuales de varias marcas y ésta me ha gustado muchísimo.

I love the retro look of this mixer. It is heavier and larger than I expected, but if you want power, that usually means bigger/heavier. The rubberized handle fits well in the hand. The silver on the front is actually metal and not painted plastic. It comes with a set of beaters, dough hooks and one whisk. The beaters are not interchangeable and must be aligned correctly, but then most mixers have this feature. The buttons are straightforward--eject, power, plus and minus to increase or decrease speed. If you press the plus button while the beaters are already running, you get a turbo boost as long as you hold it. First speed is good for adding ingredients, second speed is pretty darn fast and third is so fast, you may get sucked into another dimension. There really needs to be one or two more speeds between second and third. But it does fly through batter or just about anything else you put in front of it. I'm interested to see how it will do whipping cream. Most hand mixers take forever and I give up and pull out the stand mixer to take over, but this one might make fast work of it. As others mentioned, the buttons are situated poorly and I found myself constantly hitting them when I didn't want to. Also the cord is incredibly rigid and always seems to be in the way. I might have to hang a coat hanger from one of my overhead cabinets just to keep the cord out of the bowl. The current price of under $15 is an incredibly good deal on a mixer with this much power, so I'm willing to work around its eccentricities.

so when I first tried using an adapter I tripped a breaker and the 2nd time nothing happened which sucks. Haven't even managed to get it working yet so yeah, 2 stars because at least it came on time right...

Haven't used hooks or the wisk attachments. As was mentioned in another review the buttons are close together. I released the blades when turning on. The release button is large and at the top of the mixer. Easy to overcome the problem with a little self-training. I like the many choices of speeds and how easy it is to increase and decrease speeds. The wide rubber handle is nice. It is heavy. I have arthritis so I rested when doing a stretch of mixing. I've used it for cookies and cakes. The mixer worked as I wanted. Everything is of great quality.

I am satisfied with this mixer. #1 + is it has an actual "slow" speed. It does not fling your batter/eggs all over the kitchen. The "turbo speed" is well done because you just have to hold down the "+" button for 1 or 2 seconds and "turbo speed" kicks in - and when you let go of the "+" button it returns to the speed you had it on so you don't have to run it thru all the speed settings to go back to where you were just before "turbo speed".The mechanism for locking in the tools is very good as there is a distinct click/lock when you insert the tools so you know they are secure and won't fly out when you turn the mixer on. The eject button works nicely also. The tools are metal and not plated plastic.I have not tried using the mixer with the dough hooks. I don't do much baking so I can't really comment on their ability to mix dough or the torque of the mixer in heavy dough but I can say it is a solid built mixer and you probably won't have any problem mixing dough. The "off/on", speed selector, and ejection buttons are located well so you don't accidentally press one in error while mixing. The electric cord is 60" (5 feet) long which is nice also. For the price it is a very good mixer. I originally wanted a counter top stand mixer but don't have the room for it on my counter tops. This fits nicely in a cabinet or drawer.Overall I am very pleased with this mixer.

I had a handmixer that I loved for years but it finally died. I have gone through three mixers trying to replace it. I got so tired of having flour blown all over me and my counter. I bought this mixer hoping for a good result. I love it. The low speed is so low that you can mix the dry ingredients without them ending up all over you. And then slowly kick up the speed and it has lots of power. It’s very heavy, sits perfectly without falling over. This is a wonderful mixer. So glad that I found it.

Just received this and have used it once (for quick bread batter). It is small, compact, stands on end over a bowl without once falling over, the beaters are of substantial weight and look like they will last very well, feels good in my hand (average size), and it's quiet. Oh, and it's a really cute deep cherry color. The only problem I had was inserting the beaters for the first time-If you are holding the mixer by the handle with the beaters facing away, the one with the metal collar goes in the right side, NOT the left. When you first turn the mixer on, nothing happens for a second (don't worry!) and then it starts slowly and increases speed-different concept from my old mixer, but you also don't have to worry about batter flying about. So, all in all, controls are a touch different since it's a British product (the company has been in business since 1952), but if you're smart enough to read a recipe, you'll figure it out in no time! Comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty, so I didn't buy the extended warranty- compared to a lot of products, it seems very substantial and well-made, and I will enjoy using it (hopefully for years to come).
