Works much better than my pricey hand mixer with the wire beaters — which is now in storage. Really missed the traditional beaters and power of those I’d had long ago. Remains a great brand. Perfect!! Great quality and beautiful color.

I have used this hand mixer several times since purchasing and always run into the same issue: the cord is too short. In our kitchen, we only have outlets on the wall above the counter. This means, when I am using the mixer, the cable tends to go underneath (where the beaters are), which always makes me nervous. I have started looping it through the handle to avoid this. Other than that, the mixer works great.

I was a little worried that it wouldn’t do the job because it’s small. It is small but it has managed to do everything I have used it for. It comes with two types of beaters which is really all I need. Highly recommended. It’s a good value for money.

I have a big stand mixer, which I love, but when you have a smaller mixing job it's not always worth getting the big appliance out and having to clean it all up. This Hamilton Beach hand mixer is perfect for smaller jobs and/or if you just don't have space for a big stand mixer. The attachments fit nicely in the storage container, which snaps onto the bottom of the mixer for easy storage. I don't know that I'll get much use from the dough hook attachments (that's more of a job for my bigger mixer), but the beaters and the whisk attachment work great. The mixer is just a bit heavier than I expected, but is definitely still manageable to work with, and clean up is so easy. I should've gotten one of these a long time ago.

I’m very pleased with the Hamilton Beach Mixer. It’s made very well. Used it for a cake to serve Thanksgiving. Stores nicely too. Red is the perfect colors for my kitchen as well.

When my old mixer (7 or 8 years old) went to small appliance heaven, I needed a quick replacement, and honestly didn't want to pour a lot of money into a new one. Well, after doing some research I decided I'd try an old school brand (the brand my mom always loved), and I'm really glad I did. This is not only a nice looking mixer, but it comes with an attachable bottom piece that conveniently holds beaters and cord. It appears to be pretty well made, is easy to use, and does a quick and great job of whipping up some mashed potatoes. The only negative would be, my husband prefers somewhat lumpy mashed potatoes, and this baby does such a good job of whipping, the potatoes come out smooth as silk!! This old dog will have to learn a new trick of making lumpy mashed potatoes with the new mixer!!! LOL
