This little mixer has a lot of power for its size!!! It charges fast and you do not need to charge it each time,👍🏻 It is perfect for whipping, creaming, and making soft dips, like guacamole. You do have to get use to the power button as you have to go through each speed to turn it off!! Made a mess when I used it the first time. But I am so happy to have this mixer!!! The size is great and it is lightweight and easy to use!! I love the color and it stores easy!!!,💚💚💚💚💚💚💚

I use this mixer for the sole purpose of making whipped cream inside my Yeti 14oz mug for coffee. I would never give this whisk any duty heavier than whipped cream.Tip: Whip cream will form under 1 minute as long as you spin the mixer arm clockwise quickly around the inside of the mug while it's whisking. If you don't spin while it's mixing, it will never whip the heavy cream, it will only make it frothy. While you could use a stick blender to quickly make whipped cream, you lose most of it inside the bottom of the blender because it sticks in there. That's why I bought this. I use the round thin wire whisk attachment and it works perfectly for that, leaving most of the whipped cream inside my mug. I simply rinse off the residue and I'm ready for the next time.I only need to charge once every 2-3 weeks. One button press to start mixer, long button hold to turn it off. Slightly lift the whisk at the end to clear it of cream. Done.I hope this was helpful.

I don't normally write a review, but i am really upset. Although the size and the the shape makes it very easy to use, it lasted less than 30 seconds. I was only beating 4 egss for omlets, that's it, four eggs and it stopped. And yes it was fully charged, but it stopped and even though the lights come on indicating that it has power it will not rotate the wisk. I never had a product just quit in seconds. Dissapointing, I really loved everything else about it but it does not matter if it does not function.

My headline says it. My main point. The specific feature stars: it is easy to clean (5); but the product can make a mess because it does not turn off instantly enough. So other things get messy. You can't yell stop and it instantly stop. Cycle thru highest speed is obviously a bad choice even if it goes off after highest speed. You have to push and hold. Then it off's itself. But that takes too long. The lowest speed needs to be lower. The 4 speeds are too-closely spaced. My application was making mousse. It did well, except for being a bit messy when I used not the best angle and not the most generous bowl. Recharging is easy. Any USB. But that is the only way. CHARGE before use. The beaters (both) are excellent for single-person size stuff, such as mousse. You do get a lot of power for your money. Despit its light weight, the performance is not the least bit delicate. Would be great for quickly making whipped cream out of liquid heavy cream. Add sweetener to the heavy whipping cream, and with this beater, instant cream frosting.

December 2024 update! I have been using this mixer for eggs, cakes and whipping cream for over two years now. When I got all my kitchen stuff out of storage, I fully expected to donate this in favor of my higher quality/more durable appliances (stand mixer, stick blender/whisk, hand held mixer). The truth is, now I usually grab this for whipping cream or light batters instead of any of the others! I still have never had any issues with the charge - I might charge it once every few months or so. My husband was so impressed with this little thing, he wrote a haiku and insisted I post it here 😉:Pumpkin pie is bareThanksgiving could be disasterDay saved by WynboopOriginal review:So, this isn’t a KitchenAid mixer, but it works really well if you don’t expect too much from it. I do have a KitchenAid hand mixer AND stand mixer, but they’re both in storage while I’m in a longterm temporary living situation - I’m still cooking and baking. I was getting tired of hand whipping cream, etc., so got this little guy, and needed something cheap, small, light, and easy to transport. I’ve made meringues, whipped vats of cream, made a couple of cakes (where you mix the batter for about 5 minutes) and the frosting to go with them, and it’s going strong. Had no issues with battery charge, and I really like the little foot/stand it has (wish my real mixer had that!). For those with the splatter issues - you need a bigger bowl. I didn’t notice anything different than any other mixer, splatter-wise. To top it all off, the green is a really pretty color. Wish I had purchased it sooner!
