The clear top bends too easily making the center of the patties thicker than the edges. I can make a patty faster by hand and have it come out more even.

I was very pleased to get this and see how sturdy it is built. I haven't had the opportunity to use but can tell it is going to great. Really nice that it comes with cones for most any size grinder.
