These connectors are color coded for wire gauge and are well made. I used them the first day I received them installing a new cord in a space heater, they worked well and are still working well.

These heat shrink spade connectors work well and seem to be made well. I have ordered several of these in the past and they work well.

Worked well for my application.Definitely cleaner than my old electrical tape connections. Once you have made your connections and checked everything works properly first, then hit the heat shrink with the heat gun. It’s all locked up Clean, Easy.

These are a good value. You get plenty for the price. These aren't so cheap they fall apart and get all crumbly over time. Follow these pro-tips to get them on, staying nice:1. Don't twist the wire before you put it in the connector. You don't want a point sticking out at the end that won't get crimped because it will only crimp the widest spot and make the whole joint weaker. Make an even strip of the wire over a 1/4 but nor more than half an inch (5/16ths to 3/8ths is usually perfect). Make sure the wire is together and not all frayed and slip it into the butt connector and crimp. Whatever you do make sure there is no exposed wire outside the connector sleeve.2. Don't over crimp by going all ham on it and crushing the butt connector to oblivion. This will actually oblong the connector and might cause it to mushroom and cause a weak crimp.3. Once you get a good crip, heat these things up and they will shrink right into place and the glue that is in them will seal right up and you'll have a nice water tight connection. Use a heat-gun if you can rather than a lighter or a torch and make sure to move the wire over the heat-gun or the heat-gun over the wire, but don't let one point get too hot.4. If you must use a flame from a torch or a lighter, go slow, and move it around a lot. Hold the wire above the flame rotating the wire to get a nice even heat and shrink right into place. Do you best not to burn it because if you do, they get brittle and can leak or crack over time.Last Pro-Tip: When working in a cramped space, if you are using a flame from a torch or lighter or matches or whatever because you have no other choice, what I do is I wrap some quality aluminum foil around what I'm heating. In a confined space where the flame must get right up close to the wire where it will come in direct contact with the connector, the aluminum foil does a pretty good spreading out the heat AND it stops it from directly burning the connector or wire if you don't go nuts. This helps get the backside of the wire you might not be able to reach as well giving you a nice even seal without having to heat up one side way too hot.Enjoy!

If you are the kind of person buying heat shrink connections, I expect you are the person who wants a job well done. Yes these heat shrink but geeze they could not use cheaper/thinner metal in the connector. The only thing holding them in place is the heat shrink. Do not use for anything you dont want burnt to the ground in the next few years.
