About this item

  • Easy to Use: First increase the area of the cable to be connected, then crimp it with a suitable crimping tool, and then use a hot air gun to heat it evenly. The internal adhesive melts during the heating process, shrinks to the end of the barrel and adheres to the insulation layer of the wire, and finally waits for it to cool down.
  • Various styles of butt terminals: ring terminals, spade terminals, fork spade terminals, male and female terminals, butt connectors, uniform quantity, 340 pieces in total.
  • Durable Material: The tinned copper material of the wire terminal connector has a certain conductivity, and the PVC insulation can resist heat and is not easy to break under the pressure of the crimping tool.
  • Visual Terminal Connectors: The translucent polyolefin tube allows easy viewing of the internal cable connection, facilitating early inspection and replacement; and has waterproof sealing.
  • Widely Used: Heat shrink wire connectors is widely used in industry: automotive, motorcycle and marine applications to provide connections. Home: electronic audio, equipment switches and other projects.

There are a lot of different connectors that should allow you to complete many electrical tasks without having to run to the parts store for a connector. Some reviews say the metal part is too thin, make the connection heat shrink it and don't touch it again. If you bend any metal back and forth it weakens it, so don't.

These are not the best quality heat shrink ring terminals of used but they work good for most situations. As long as you're using the correct set of crimpers that is made for heat shrink connectors you'll get a good watertight seal. If I'm doing something that's going to be subject to saltwater I usually have an additional piece of 3:1 heat shrink tubing that I slide up over the connector after shrinking the original ring terminal. Definitely can't beat the price.

The metal used for these is very thin. The heat shrink insulation is ok but I would not use these in any high electrical load situation or application it would see vibration. (Automotive for instance)

I got these for a portable power station build i've been working on and they've come in handy to help finish my project. The heat shrink part on them takes a bit to shrink compared to others i've owned but otherwise its a great set!

The metal of these is lightweight. I've use connectors before in places where the would quickly burn out.I wouldn't recommend using them for anything high voltage. These will be fine for most anything I would need them for.Good product. Good value.

Not a whole lot to say about them, but they work well. Buying these types of connectors is very pricey so it's nice to see a complete kit at a reasonable price compared to your B&M alternatives that work equally as well. Nice thick heat shrink and metal in the connectors so they are pretty much on par with the high dollar ones I purchased in the past.

These heat shrink connectors are decent quality. The heat shrink is thicker than most others I've used, but unfortunately the metal components are very thin gauge (thinner than others I've used). This thin gauge isn't a huge problem on low-draw electronics, but I would caution use of them on higher current devices. With my ratcheting crimper, I was able to get a clean-looking and secure connection without puncturing the heat shrink jacket. When I applied heat from my butane torch, the female connector had some heat shrink that blocked the insertion of the male terminal. I had to use a utility knife to clean up the end of the female connector before I could insert the male terminal. This kit is a decent value, but I'm removing 1 star from the review due to the thin-gauge metal components.

Ordered these after paying three times as much at the local Walmart last minute for a stereo install. They arrived promptly and worked incredibly well with my crimpers. Much better than the ones purchased locally. I then used a heat gun to complete the installation by shrinking the splices for a water tight solid connection. I am very pleased with this product and will continue to use it for as long as the price remains this competitive.
