AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Horrible products! First I got a second hand products, then after talking to the seller, I got a discount.I told them that I will keep the products and I will communicate with you guys again if it was not working properly.When I got it installed by professionals, then it did not work properly. I have to push on door to unlock it!I send a text back to seller and I have not heard back anything.

Looks good, but doesn’t function from the inside. Removed several times in attempt to fix, but was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, a total waste of money!!

I will sadly be returning this product. Unfortunately the handle is too long for our existing hole set up on our door. Solely our fault and should have realized it before purchasing. I’m disappointed that we have to return it. It is beautiful.
