After many years and many thousands in purchases, one product which I purchased three other times did not arrive complete. Between Amazon’s customer service and the vendor’s, they rectified the logistical problem, shipped the product, and delivered it better than any other retailer. The product is solid and very well manufactured.

This is a very neat, easy to install product. Would be nice to have more selections in the length or a joining module. I actually did my own joining with a steel rod and hardwood dowel to fill the space and it works well, but some type of splicing system would probably be a good idea, being mindful of loading value issues.

These are high quality and look opulent. And they are no more expensive than plastic or aluminum generic rods. Why not get the best - especially when you don't have to pay extra.

These were used for a custom closet assembly. They are study, shine nicely, and have a flawless finish. I saw a previous reviewer state that it is simple to cut these to size. Simple yes, easy no. I have a Dremel and an industrial hand held cut off wheel, either of these will do. However, do not expect to simply hack through these by hand in a matter of minutes. Once cut to the size you need, these are very elegant and durable.

Very nice looking. Be aware does not come with screws. Need to find small screws.
