While we haven't experienced any bad weather yet, these clips seem secure and were super easy to install. Crossing my fingers that they will hold up during a strong wind!

I bought these hoping to leave them in place for many years. They should work, but they are a bit thin and flimsy.

I was searching for gutter style clips for holiday string lights and came across these. The plastic ones that I relied on for the past seasons kept breaking and just not durable in cold weather. These metal clips easily fastened to my gutters and have adequate spacing for most outdoor lighting (maybe not rope-lights) but everything else it will work fine. Very happy to find these clips, it saved me a lot of grief in the long run. This is a great little find and was shipped out to me within days.

Hung lights in record time. Very easy to use and barely noticeable. They keep the lights straight and tight. Highly recommend. I am a 67 year old lady, my husband is legally blind, they looked like I could handle putting them up and I did the front of the house in about 20 minutes.

I would have given better reviews if they held on a bit tighter. Had to be pretty careful not to move them or knock them off. Once set they stay in place. If you want to leave them permanently I would use double stick mounting tape.

They were so easy and simple to use. And to put up, it only took 15 minutes total to hang them on my rain gutters. It was an ideal fit for the money.
