Thought I was buying the item pictured, but somehow ended up with 6 bottles of a similar Trans Medic. Added one bottle to the Ranger but have not come to a conclusion on the effectiveness. I guess I'll give the rest to friends as I do think it is a good product.

Trans medic has been around for years, I make it a point to use this in every automatic transmission in the vehicles that I buy or trade for,, I put 2 bottles in my 2000 Silverado 4x4 when I bought it, 130,000 miles, and 150,000 miles later it shifts perfectly and doesn't slip or miss a lick...I have it in my 2000 Ranger 4x4 and at 259,000 the transmission has 0 issues, shifts perfectly...I have tried the Lucas automatic transmission additive, in my Cutlass, it toasted the transmission, very hard lesson learned...
