This gun safe is small, lightweight, and easy to carry.The fingerprint scanner works fast, and there’s also a keypad. Both were very easy to set up. It also has a key for backup and a cable so it can be secured furniture, frame of vehicle seat or other stationary object.It has a quiet mode and a light inside, which is helpful at night. It can be used at home or taken with you when you travel. It feels strong but not too heavy.I bought it for travel because it is TSA approved.

When I say it took me a while to find something to hold one 9 mm, I mean it took weeks! Most of the items were for two guns.This one is solid. It was a little difficult setting up the pin code, and the fingerprint. I finally got it done. I like that it’s slim enough to be portable.If you were a single gun owner and looking for a solid safe for it, I highly recommend this one.

Could not get the finger print option to work, nor could I get the keypad to work.the only reason I'm not sending it back is because the key lock does work. I didn't want a gun safe in the first place but Colorado law now states that if you leave your handgun in a vehicle unattended, you must have a metal lock box.Another thing is to set your keypad or finger pad you have to hear a beeb, I am deaf when it comes to high pitch sounds.

This is well made and perfect for the storage of one pistol and a spare magazine. My only issue is with the cutout for the cable to be attached. It is cut a bit larger than it needs to be. The head of the cable where it goes into the box has a little too much play IMO. I will be be keeping it despite this.

I took this case with me out of town this weekend. The safe is fantastic and is easy to set up. I used the fingerprint option and the keypad to get comfortable using both. This is a must-have if you are in the market for one. The case is great quality and not heavy

I didn't know if I was going to like this gun safe, but I'm very impressed by the functionality of this safe. It's sturdy and the biometric feedback is very responsive. USB -C Backup charge is available in case your battery dies, and has a numeric code and manual key unlock. Also comes with a cable tie if you're wanting to travel with this safe.It currently holds my Walther P22 as I travel from home to range with it. It's quite spacious for a small pistol like that. Just be mindful if you're staging a gun with this safe, that you set reminders to keep your safe charged. 6 months is pretty low but you can always keep a battery bank on the side to extend that I suppose.I haven't dabbled in the app. Sometimes, I think simplistic in complicated emergency response situations is a better path than complicated failable tech. However; if you're traveling or just need a place to store your firearm safely, this is not a bad safe to look at for the price.
