This was a great purchase and very convenient as it came already assembled. It was very well packaged and there were zero paint defects throughout the item. Happily, it also came with an emergency power cord (USB-C) so I can still access my gun cabinet if the battery inside dies. This was a full 10 out of 10 purchase and I would recommend it to anyone.

*UPDATED RATING* I HAVE CHANGED MY 3 STAR RATING TO 5 STARS DUE TO THEIR EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I FILED A DAMAGE REPORT DUE TO THE DENT. THEY OFFERED TO SEND ME A NEW PANEL, BUT WOULD TAKE APPROX 2 MONTHS TO RECEIVE AFTER MANUFACTURING AND SHIPPING THE PANEL FROM CHINA OR BE REIMBURSED $40 FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. I REQUESTED THE $40 REFUND AND I RECEIVED IT WITHIN A FEW HOURS. OTHER THAN THAT, GREAT PRODUCT AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.....This would have received 5 stars, but there is a big dent on the right side panel. I don't recall that being in the product description when I was researching cabinets. It also took 10 days to be delivered. Too long for an Amazon purchase. Big thumbs down on that.The thumbs up..... Super easy assembly. I didn't have any problems with the upper cross piece that was noted in the instructions provided by the company. Password reset was a breeze. From unboxing to completion with resetting the passcode took about 30 minutes.I (WOULD) recommend this cabinet even though mine has a big dent on the side of it.Lastly *DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE PROVIDED SCREWDRIVER..... IT'S JUNK*
