I bought this safe and carried it to the second floor of my house. It not too heavy to take upstairs, especially if you work out and lift a lot. However, it’s much easier to carry upstairs if you have someone to team lift with you.For the price, it’s not a bad-looking safe. The PIN code works well, and the keys are unique, which adds to its security. However, bolting it down on the ground is the WORST! You have to remove the drawer, and I couldn’t find any instructions on how to do that. But I had to find it here on the Amazon reviews. Additionally, you cannot remove the bottom plate of the locker to make bolting it to the ground easier. You need either a 90-degree drill or a flexible shaft bit holder because the drawer space is too small to fit a drill through.Other than that, I noticed it has a built in light in a weird position by the door crack and it’s not very bright and turns off quickly. Overall, this safe is very good for the price but definitely wall-mount it since that is much easier. Don’t bolt it to the ground.

I purchased this gun safe box because protecting my firearms and keeping them out of the reach of my kids. I’m so surprised when open the box they do a great job packaging it so the actual unit was in perfect shape. The product is great- exactly what I needed. The quality is sturdy durable and secure. It perfect fit my ar-15 and pistol. Function locked is great can use passcode or keys. easy to setup passcode also can put in more than one passcode. Led light which is cool. Another great function is come with bottom drawer I can stores ammo or accessories. good product for the price. I would recommend this safe to anyone looking to secure their firearms.

Quality product. Excellent value.This is a gun safe that will work great for keeping prying eyes and little fingers from getting to your things. It isn't a fireproof, vault like safe that takes two people to move. This was impressively well packaged. The outer cardboard was 1 piece, taped and stapled. After opening up the ends, there was a compressible foam sheet. Careful slicing one edge opens it up to a 3/4 inch cardboard wrap with STEEL corner protectors and additional foam blocks. to keep the front door protected. Under that was a plastic bag covering everything to prevent the paint from scratching up. Keep in mind that it is meant to survive most handling bumps and bruises as it is going through the delivery process. It will not help with crushing, but that problem would be taken up with your delivery company. The black textured paint was well applied and evenly coated. There was an instruction book included, but I suggest watching the videos that are available for this safe for setting it up and knowing how to work it. Keys (2 for each lock) are included for the main door and the drawer. They are not the same key, so one part of the safe can be locked separately from the other. The door has a 3 pin locking side that looks plenty heavy for keeping the door shut. The door hinge side would be the weak point if someone were to try and pry this open. The door lock rotating handle feels heavy enough to give you some confidence and the keypad seems like it would be reliable. I like that it has a external auxiliary battery pack that will let you get in if the inside batteries go dead. The handgun pockets in the door look like a good idea but are suited for smaller pistols. A 1911 sized gun doesn't work so well. The pocket is small and a larger pistol tips a little. This makes the handle get in the way of the door when shutting it. Even worse, if the pistol tips after the door is shut, the handle hits the safe frame from the inside and it prevents you from being able to open the door.I will add a little foam weather stripping to the door to keep it from being loose and "tinny" when closing it.

Works as described and is an easy set up. Seemed pretty thin for a safe. But i do feel secure having my weapons in it and secured!

I could not find any way to contact customer service. There is no phone number or email address provided and I couldn't find anything online. As soon as we got the safe we took it out of the box and put the keys on top. My son took the keys and put them inside the safe and turned the handle so they locked in there. We had the safe for 5 minutes so we didn't put batteries in yet for the pin or set up any finger prints. I feel like it's really poor design to create a safe where it's so easy to lock the keys inside. I've never bought another safe before, so I don't know what's typical, but that seemed really dumb. I couldn't find anyone to help me. There is a piece of paper that comes with the safe and it does say on there, if you lose your keys or need new ones, you can contact them with your lock number and they will send new ones. Again, there was absolutely no contact information that could be found. So we returned it. Thankfully the return was easy- we paid amazon to pick it back up.
