Two of the three Y screw sets are mismatched. The Y bolt is too large for the screws and slides right off. An extra was provided, so I used just the one. An extra side piece was cut incorrectly and is unusable as well. I suspect the manufacturers knows of inconsistencies and provided extras just in case. I do like the size and design and wood construction.

This item was well constructed and a good size, but my guinea pig got her head stuck in it within the first five minutes and could have been badly injured. This got returned right away, not worth the risk.

Was kinda hard to put the screws in. But so far, it’s holding up well, it’s cute, it holds a lot more hay than I thought for my hay-lovin bun, and he seems to like it.

First of all it was fun putting the hay feeders together like a puzzle, the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We like how the hay feeders are wider so it's easier for both bunnies to lay under their "hay" w/o hitting their heads. Being wider also helps when filling the feeder, hay strands fit very well. Choice of how to hang the feeders. The price was great, especially for 2 feeders, we didn't want to spend a small fortune because one bunny likes to chew when she pouts or when she thinks her feeder doesn't have enough hay.There was only two small problems: 1. one of the hooks was missing but that leads to #2 we decided that we wanted a different kind of hook, so we went to the hardware store and found hooks that we preferred.

Finding a good hay bin for your piggies is tough work. I tried so many different ones over the years that let me know, but this one has been great. My piggies have a much easier time getting to their hay thanks to the wider space between bars, and it holds enough hay to keep up to three piggies fed for a full day. There's little waste, and very happy piggies! They are also pretty easy to put together, too. My only real complaint is I had to cut the hooks off the back, because I use square grid panels for my C&C cages, and they just wouldn't fit well. Not a big deal, though. I was still able to get them mounted without any big problems.

These are really nice. They seem thin when you first take it out of the package but don't let that fool you. Once you put it together it is solid. I am so happy I bought these. They are really nice and super easy to put together. I highly recommend buying these. You will not regret these.

I absolutely love Thai for my rabbit! You do have to put it together but it’s super easy took me 5 minutes to do. Super sturdy, it’s bigger than I had expected. I just purchased a second one cause I love it so much !
