The umbrella has acouple issues. first, as many other reviewers mention, there’s no support to the cover, effectively turning this thing into a birdbath, so i made a center brace out of 5/4x6 decking to give it support and a little bit of a “peak” to shed water.the next issue is the bigger one in my opinion, the buckles that come on the straps don’t hold tension, and this exacerbates the holding water issue cause as water weight builds in the umbrella the straps loosen letting more water accumulate. i cut them off and sewed on some quick release buckles that actually hold the tension and keep the cover tight.The angles in the dogleg braces aren’t right either and although you can get them on and the hardware through them, they sit at sharp angles on the mating surfaces guaranteeing a wear and rust point down the road.there isn’t any washers included with the hardware and given the force needed to tighten some of the hardware, especially the crooked dogleg braces, you should have some washers so i added somethe frame is rugged enough to support itself for many years and the cover material is good and thick. after my customizations it’s a perfect treestand cover. im sure some of my issues are negligible to some people but all needed in my opinion

Only gave this rating because it's a little on the heavy side I have to hike it up into the mountains to put in my tree stand I said in a two-person stand because I'm disabled however this thing is great easy to put together goes on and easily straps to the tree greatly awesome value for the money fits perfect the size of a two-person tree stand keeps me dry warm and comfortable I even think you would be able to handle a little snow on it but like that chance lol but it's definitely sturdy enough for it a little noisy putting up especially in the dark going to purchase a second one

I wish I would have bought these a long time ago. Hunting is so much better when I am dry and my equipment is too. These roofs also make a perfect place to attach a bit of concealment. I feel like I am hunting from a blind in the sky

This tree umbrella is extremely easy to put together, lightweight to carry up a tree stand, and attached to a tree . would definitely recommend this to other hunters

Works good. Made brackets out of conduit to support it to my dbl stand. Umbrella needs a support in the middle to let the water drain off the top. Works for light rain,any wind and obviously it will blow in on you. I would buy again. 👍

Cant beat it for the price. Using it on a full sized 2 person stand, and it covers the footprint. Won't do much for sideways rain, but the frame is substantial enough to hang some stand skirt from it and make a full shooting house I believe. I wasnt clear from the listing, but it comes with 2 cam lock style straps to attach it to the tree. Depending on size and type of tree it may be necessary to swap at least 1 for a ratchet strap, but mine is doing fine with the ones it came with. Fabric is pretty thick and has substantial rubberized coating on the top side. Two differnt holes in the frame allow for a pitch adjustment of either flat or sloped forward. I did add a center bar in mine with an arch to keep it from collecting signficant amonts of water in the center when pitched flat. Probably woukd not be an issue with a forward slope. 5 stars for the price. Easily better than the umbrellas at this price.
