This is not a large screen but perfect for my corner fireplace and it looks great.

It does the job, it’s nice to have and nice to look at. I’ve had it for about 2 months and it’s great. It’s pretty flimsy though, almost seems like it’s a little uneven. But overall good product that does what it needs to do.

It's amazing works as needed and keeps the pets and kids out of the fire area too

Exactly what I needed. I bought this to cover a wall gas heater rather than a fireplace. I used a U type bracket and screwed it to the wall to prevent my granddaughter from getting near the wall heater. The mesh is small enough that it actually kind of hides the heater and makes it look nice as well.

I liked the look of this screen, but did not expect it to be so well-made and attractive at an incredibly low price. Very pleased with this purchase. Definitely recommend!

Had to buy this because our pug kept getting too close to warm her bum. Keeps the dog warm while keeping her out of harms way and making her into a cooked hot dog. Sturdy and does it job well.

So we have gas fire-logs, not a wood-burning fireplace. But the original screen/windows inserted/attached to the brick fireplace do get very hot to the touch. So we wanted something to place in front, on the hearth, that would keep the grand-kids from getting burnt. We bought this unit on 01/27/24 for $30. We are very pleased with it. It looks great and does not get hot to the touch. With our fireplace width, the flexible screen ends up about 8 inches in front of the main fireplace doors, with those doors being open when we run the fire logs. It is sturdy but will fall over if a toddler grabs it; our grandkids are old enough to know not to get near the firelogs, so we do not worry about that. They are rambunctious, so this screen should help. The side pieces adjust so it ends up sort of C-shaped in front of the firelogs. It is heavy enough to stay in place unless knocked, but light enough to hold out of the way when we open the glass doors (and fold to the side) on our fireplace when starting up the gas logs. It has a nice design on the main, front panel. It could be put away in the Spring, but we'll probably just leave it standing on the heart. Also, at $30 it is a great value compared to most of the other units, which cost $50 or much more. Of course, I don't know it this unit would get hot when placed in front of a wood-fire type fireplace.
