I really like this fireplace gate. It was simple to put together, but the little feet that help keep it upright are kind of difficult to tighten. They occasionally fall off, but are easy to put back on as long as the screen isn't too hot to handle. Speaking of handles, the hardware on the handles periodically needs to be tightened. Other than these minor issues, the gate looks great, fits great, and I love how it magnetically adheres to my metal fireplace box. It's not so strong a magnetic attraction that it can't be moved/adjusted, but strong enough that I have no worries about it tipping over. It's definitely a good purchase. I would buy it again.

Everything about this fire screen is nice and the price was good. It’s very sturdy, stands well on its feet, fits right up against the fireplace and keeps the sparks from flying out. Very convenient to be able to open the doors wide to get the wood in and ashes out. Nice magnetic closure. I also like the clean design — it doesn’t distract from the fire. Definitely recommend this product!

Haven’t been long purchase it and I use gas logs so I’m not really sure if I can give you much of a review when it comes to that but it is very sturdy And also very much worth the money for the price !!!

I am really happy with this fireplace screen! It fits perfectly and was really easy to assemble. It looks great! You would never guess it was so inexpensive!

Thirty- eight years past I bought a shiny brass grill fotr our new house/ fireplace. It lasted through multiple wood fires in our large space, but began to look dated. A few weeks before I decided no more fires here after a diagnosis of pulmonary/respiratory issues. This is very convenient out. It opens in the front. You do not have to move the whole screen to place logs on it. Decent quality for the money.

I ordered this because I went from 1 dog to three dogs and they really like the heat :) I needed to protect them as they were getting too close. This grate looks amazing! Makes my gas fireplace look like it is a real wood burning fireplace! In the photo if you look carefully there is a cockapoo relaxing in front of the fire :)

The doors were crooked, and I didn’t notice until after the fact, there was a big gash in the box which could have made them made them that way upon delivery. The mesh screen was a little dented in one corner too.
