  • The mounting dimentions of our fan are 12.12" x 11.37".

    If the hole is too small, trace the housing onto the ceiling and then cut with a keyhole saw. If it's too big, patch it with a piece of drywall to fit the fan appropriately.

  • Please ensure you're using a non-dimming switch with good contacts.

    Check that the cables to the light and fan are properly connected, and the wire connecting the lampshade to the housing is well inserted.

    The fan only works with 120V.

  • Check the damper to ensure it opens and closes properly.

    Avoid sharp bends in the duct closer than 18 in. to the fan discharge.

    Use the recommended size ducting (6-inch).

    Ensure the fan and fan house screws are securely attached in place.

  • Ensure that a door or window is slightly ajar or open to allow airflow.

    Confirm that the fan is vented with the correct size duct(6-inch).

    Confirm that the air vent and air intake is not blocked. It is recommended to use rigid or semi-rigid ducting.

  • Please avoid venting through soffit or ridge vents, as hot air drawn back into the attic through them can condense. Using insulated ducting can effectively prevent condensation when hot air from bathroom exhausts encounters cold ducts in the attic.

I’m doing a bathroom remodel and I wanted something a little out of the ordinary. This is soooo cool. It checked all the boxes; great air flow, quiet motor, great lighting effects, and easy to hook up with Bluetooth to my phone.

My guest bathroom does not have any heat so getting out of the shower sometimes isn't all that fun. This right here has fixed that issue. Installation was not that difficult if you know what your doing, all features work nicely. The fans noise level doesn't bother me since it's normal for them to make noise regardless. My favorite feature is the heat because that's the whole reason I got this in the first place. Very happy with this product.

Within my bathroom, this 150 CFM vent fan with a light looks great. Due to its high brightness, the LED night light is perfect for trips you take at night. Being only 1.0 sone is great because it's very quiet and doesn't bother me while I sleep. It's easy to keep the air fresh and the mirror clear because the fan is strong enough to quickly remove any moisture. Building it was simple, and the design looks modern and sleek. It only takes 40W of power to light up the whole bathroom. It's helped keep mold and mildew away since I put it up because it's cut down on the amount of water that gathers. The price of this fan is very fair, and it looks good and works well. You should really think about getting this bathroom exhaust fan because it works well, is quiet, and has a light built in.

this is the best light i ever seen. however its too large for the location . i am trying to see if i can contact the seller to see if they have smaller version. if you have a location where this will fit. i highly recommend you get it. from what i read this is a super great item

Really cool stuff, kind of hard to install, so I hired a professional for that. Other than that, my wife loves it, really warm up our spacious bathroom during cold winter days

This fan fan is really great! It not only integrates lighting and heating functions, but also comes with a Bluetooth speaker. The fan has excellent exhaust performance, with two optional air volumes of 110/160 CFM, and the noise is only 1.0 sound, which is very quiet and will not disturb the family.The LED light brightness reaches 1500lm, and the lighting effect is very good, making the bathroom instantly bright and comfortable. The heating function is also very practical, especially in cold weather, it can quickly heat up the bathroom.What surprised me most was the Bluetooth speaker function. After connecting to the mobile phone, the sound quality is clear, and you can enjoy wonderful music while taking a bath. It is really accumulated. The overall design is simple and generous, and it is also very easy to install. I highly recommend this multi-functional Bluetooth speaker, the accumulation is super high!

Easy to install, hardwired straight to the fan, no need for a switch. The remote that comes with it controls everything. Shower mode button is great, push it about 10-15 minutes before getting a shower. Bathroom is nice and warm. Fan works perfectly, no more walking in to a lingering odor after someone leaving a deposit in the toilet. Impressed so far....
