I was impressed with how comfortable this grounding sheet brings. It is made of viscose fabric with silver fiber, which gives a soft and cool feeling when lying on it. It is suitable for use in all seasons, especially in the summer. My husband easily gets hot and sweaty at night, but he finds this sheet comfortable to sleep on. The design is beautiful with deep pocket design and elastic cover, ensuring that the sheet does not move even when I move around while sleeping. This grounding sheet also helps bring the benefits of the earth to the sheet, which is good for health. We found that we slept deeper, the quality of our sleep improved, and we were more energetic the next day. We have found the sheet that works for us and love it

My wife, who has a similar item and has found it to be very helpful, bought this for me. Having hot flashes because of some strong medicines I'm on, I've found that the sheet does assist in keeping the bed cooler. And I believe that I have been sleeping more deeply and for longer because of it. This was a fine investment.
