I’ve been using grounding bedding sheets for a few weeks now, and I can confidently say they’ve made a noticeable difference in my sleep quality. Initially, I was skeptical about the concept, but after consistent use, I’ve experienced deeper, more restful sleep, and I wake up feeling more refreshed than before.The fabric of the sheets feels soft and comfortable, with no noticeable difference in texture compared to regular high-quality sheets. Setting up was easy—just connect the sheet to a grounding rod or outlet, depending on the system you have.I would definitely purchase again!

If you are on the fence about trying a grounding sheet, take the risk! From night one, my sleep has improved dramatically. My husband was very skeptical and he even agrees that the sheet has helped a lot. I used to have trouble, falling asleep and staying asleep and now I fall asleep quickly. If I do wake up in the middle of the night, I fall back to sleep very quickly, rather than tossing and turning.Around the same time I bought the sheet I also started taking some supplements to help support sleep. I was unsure if the sheet was helping or the supplements. About two weeks after buying the sheet I had to go on a trip and was in a hotel for four nights. I took the supplements with me, but left the sheet at home. I can save for certain that the sheet was the main factor in the much improved sleep.The only minor downside is that the sheet is a little rough, but that is very minor and an easy trade-off for the improved sleep. After a night or two, I didn’t even notice that the sheet wasn’t as soft as our previous sheet.The sheet is easy to wash and easy to set up. The cord that runs from the hook up on the sheet to the grounding port on the wall is very long.

I purchased this sheet for my son in a size twin extra long. I read a lot about the idea of grounding and how it can help to resolve some health issues so we were hopeful that this would work on a bad back of his. It was very easy to Use and the sheet is good quality and soft. We still are inconclusive as to whether or not, it has made a true difference in his back, but will remain hopeful.

At first, I wasn't sure this sheet would actually improve my sleep. However, I was VERY wrong. Using this sheet I have gotten so of the best sleep in my life. It is easy to put on your bed and very affordable compared to others I have looked at. I definitely recommend this sheet and would buy it again!

I live in Michigan and spend much of my summer days barefoot in the grass. I love the benefits of grounding. But when the cold winter months hit, I can’t do it. I started doing some research on grounding sheets and figured I’d give it a try. It did not disappoint! I feel like the inflammation in my body has significantly decreased since sleeping on my sheet. I’ve been using it for about 2 months now. My sleep seems more restful and I wake up feeling more energized for the day. I love it and would highly recommend this product.

Confusing document supplied with sheet. In one section it claims to have a resistor but in another section it gives specifications of a fuse. The resistor is never mentioned again, so I suspect it does not have one. The resistor would not offer any real level of protection and it would actually interfere with efficiency of grounding. There is no measurable resistance as one wold expect if there was a resistor. No ... not even in Chinglish, is a resistor the same thing as a fuse.If, after a month, I have noticed ANY benefit, I will update this review. Until then. I am assuming it is just another scam.

I bought these for my autistic son's bed and it has substantially increased the amount of time he sleeps in his bed alone and also seems to have made him happier to go to bed. He now really likes to just sit and lay on these sheets in his bed while awake reading books or playing his tablet. I am amazed how the grounding sheets calm him down and that he naturally gravitates to them. Also, I love that this came with the ground testing pen. Great product - will purchase again.

Sheet is a nice gray color, fit our queen size bed with deep sides very well; however after washing in warm water it did shrink slightly so it is a bit snug. Material is fine, not super soft, but not scratchy. It did wash well and did not require hardly any time in the dryer. The grounding works well. Has helped improve quality of sleep. Very pleased with it and considering buying another sheet in white.

The cotton feels soft but not overly plush, which is nice because it doesn’t make me overheat at night.After about a week, I started noticing small changes.
