I wanted to love it!!! I wanted it to work!! It does not. Save your money. I have had this product for a good 8 months. It has never improved my sleep, or helped me feel grounded. Take it from an energy sensitive being who feels shifts in energy. This did not have any effect. Wish I could get my money back. Also bought it for others and they also have the same response.

Over time I can tell a difference in my legs. My dog likes to lay on it as well, so that’s something! We use it more in the winter time. Durable material and super easy to use.

I like the mat, I bought it to see if it would help me to sleep. And it seems to work because lately I have been have a more restful sleep.

I think this thing helped me out a lot with my leg pains. As a chef, I stand on my feet and this summer was rough. I started to use decompression socks for the first time, got proper shoes, and also got into having regular feet baths. Not sure what helped how. But I'm pretty confident that this mat is doing it's part. I use it daily and not planning on quitting.

High quality grounding mat. I was skeptical when it said that it was made of vegan leather. Upon using it a few weeks I am very pleased - the vegan leather is soft and flexible while being durable. The mat feels great on the feet and after testing it with a multimeter, found that it does exactly what it says - it grounds your body. There have been a few reviews that have complained that when testing the grounding wire with a multimeter on the continuity test setting, it 'fails' the test. What these people are unaware of it that it should fail when testing that way since the manufacture has added a safety feature by adding resistance to the grounding wire. Great safety feature! Very pleased with this product! If you are looking for a soft, comfortable, and high quality grounding mat look no further!

I’ve been using the GroundLuxe Grounding Mat for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly so impressed with the results. The mat itself is high-quality, with a soft, durable surface that’s comfortable to sit or sleep on. Setup was easy—just plug it in, and it’s ready to go.After using it regularly, I’ve noticed that I feel more grounded and less stressed, with better sleep and even some relief in my joint pain. I also love that it’s versatile—I use it on my bed at night and on the floor during the day while working at my desk.

I’ve had 7 spine surgeries so, pain and inflammation are a part of my life. I have used the 35” mat for a month now and am happy that it is helping my pain to go down so, I plan to continue using it. The reviews seem to be either outstanding or it doesn’t work. I’m about in the middle. I think of this as a tool in my toolbox. It is not a panacea. It has helped me to get better sleep! In particular, my Apple Watch says I’m getting more deep sleep which was not much before I got the mat. My knee that had ACL surgery 30 years ago has much less inflammation since using the mat. What I like about this mat is the quality. I put it over my fitted sheet at the foot of my bed. Please note that it doesn’t ground when under my bamboo fitted sheet. I haven’t tested other fabrics. Separately, I bought the $10 tool to test this mat for grounding. This mat does come with the tool to test the outlet which is also important. After I bought the GroundLuxe mat, I bought a cheap mat that cost much less and is smaller. It also works, but the there is a big difference in quality. The GroundLuxe will pretty much stay in place in my bed, where as the thinner one will move around underneath me. I bought the smaller/thinner one to use around the house and to test out targeted grounding on my limbs. I’m convinced that grounding is helping me to feel better so, I’ll continue doing it.

If, like me, you experience ongoing chronic pain or health challenges, then this product is for you.I've intentionally grounded myself barefoot on the earth for several years and have enjoyed its powerful healing and calming effect.However, now that I'm traveling more and also spending time in colder climates, earthing isn't always feasible.Having been aware of products like these, I purchased it, and I was immediately impressed. The day it arrived, I lied down for an afternoon nap and woke up feeling completely refreshed and invigorated.I also love that warm electrical feeling enveloping my body. You can feel the effects, especially when you have more of your body touching the mat. Those of you who already do grounding or earthing regularly know what i mean...The product does come with a simple outlet tester, although the documentation is a bit confusing about this. So, I took that as a bonus. Always test the outlet before using it!I love the portability and compact size of this product; I probably would have bought the smaller size, but I'm pleased with it nonetheless.I can recommend this product for effectiveness, quality of manufacture, durability, and overall value.

If you are looking for a good grounding mat, at a reasonable price, consider this one. It is good quality. I had not tried one before. I think grounding has much more effect on some people than on others. I do not have any kind of anxiety or stress issues. I have not seen any results from this grounding mat or from my time with my feet in the grass.
