I tried the grounding mat for about a week. I still couldn't sleep at night. Quality is good but functionality was not working for me. I have trouble sleeping. It is easy to use. I didn't have any pain.

I bought this to initially try so as not to spend excess $ on full size sheets, and find it does not work. I was thrilled it came with both a socket and grounding tester. It went on really easy. We put it under our fitted sheet. I tested the pad with the grounding tester and it was working. Except...I never tested it through the fitted sheet! Today after changing the bed, we did so. We got no activity whatsoever. So, it is necessary to sleep directly on the pad, naked, since it won't even go through thin sheets.As of now, after laying on it for an hour, it is sticking to my skin and I am not even sweating. And I can tell it is doing its thing-I am experiencing weird sensations like tingling and a slight upset tummy. Will keep at it and see how I feel in the AM.

My son and his girlfriend used it the first night and they were very impressed. They both had a good night’s rest and woke up feeling better. They are going to put mine on my bed for me and hopefully I will be able to sleep and feel rested when I wake up.

The tester they give you light up even when the Matt is not plugged in and hasn't been for many days. I notice no difference in my sleep or next day feeling refreshed. Been using for weeks and I'm giving up, doesn't do anything. The company offered me a full refund but said I had to do it through Amazon. When I try that, Amazon says no way, you can't do that here. So I still have a product that didn't help me in any way and a company that won't issue a refund they offered.

I can't stop telling people about grounding mats. I like this one because it has the testers to make sure it's working. Pain level went from 9/10 daily to 0/1 daily and I have to NEVER sleep better in my entire life. Highly recommend. Even the cats like to lay on it. I just lay my bare feet on it when I sleep.
