Bought three green pans after one year an three days. I was told that my warranty did not cover replacement. It was normal wear and tear. I'm 70 years old and use the pan with problems once a week at most. Wear and tear , the pan looks new except where the cooking surface flaking is happening. If you buy this pan don't count on the warrant

Ceramic cookware is not as non-stick as some articles will have you believe. However, it get's close enough if you take several seconds using a silicone spatula to thoroughly "paint" the pan with a little hot oil before each use. Doing this completely changed my opinion of this pan's non-stick performance. Moreover, I expect this pan will last a lot longer than my previous Teflon pans, will be better for my health and safer for the environment.

This is one of the best frying pans that I’ve ever bought, although only time will tell. It is very easy to use and clean and is the most healthy product to use being ceramic

Using this small pan as an egg pan exclusively, a bit of oil, not abusing it with heat. Eggs were coming right up, but have been sticking some lately. Still, it's a sweet pan, and takes little oil to make nice eggs.

I don’t suggest you buy this pan if you ever want to buy a normal, cheap pan again, because once you experience cooking something like eggs in this pan and have no sticking occur, it’ll be hard to switch back. We’ve been using this pan for a while now (a year or more) and it works nearly as well as new. It’s one tough, very well made, nonstick pan!

The 8” pan is light weight and works well on the induction stove top. The nonstick surface is fantastic for cooking and cleaning! The pan handle doesn’t get hot and feels comfortable to grip. I really like this pan!

I have been enjoying this handy little skillet. Just the right size to quickly cook a couple of eggs or prepare a serving or two of home fries. Love that nothing sticks and it cleans up in no time

No more sticking, heat retention is excellent … no more Teflon, or cheaper knock-offs. Worth the investment. And so easy to wash/wipe clean …

They say that people really do read reviews. I agree as I am one of those people. I also write reviews, not for every product, but definitely for those products that warrant a review. Green Pans Valencia series is one such product. I purchased these pans and pots to replace two other sets of non-stick we have. One is an original Emeril Lagasse set from 2004. Shows how good those pans were. The other a Gotham Steel Copper set from 2018, not so good. I felt it was time for a unified looking set and I had just watched America's Test Kitchen review cookware. They're top pick for non-stick was the Green Pan Valencia series. Consumer Reports rated them very highly as well. I had a simple set of Green Pans shortly after they came out on the market in 2013 in the second home we had. Our youngest son has them now, so I was already familiar with the brand. It was the Gotham Stell ones that replaced those pans. But as I noted, they weren't as good as the Green Pans or The Emeril set. So, when Amazon had a sale on the Green Pans, I pulled the trigger. We've had the pans now for a couple of weeks and followed the pre-use instructions. First, they got a light wash. Then, on their first use they were heated on a medium heat for a minute or two before any oil was added. By adding oil, I mean a tablespoon or less. To date they have been wipe out clean after frying. Just like on TV. They are very substantive in the hands, but not heavy. They heat evenly and there is no noted running of liquids or oils to one side or the other showing the pans are flat. They are rated for all types of cooking surfaces, but we have electric and have noted the setting of the stove is a little lower on all burners, indicative of a good thorough heating material. I hope to get a couple of decades out of this set. But I do note, my wife kept a couple of the small 8 inch Emeril pans for eggs.
