Looks nice when new but after 2nd use the coating was peeling off even though I used cupcake liners. Cheap quality

I love this muffin pan! I have used it to make egg bites & blueberry muffins. I am so grateful to Bobby Parrish for introducing it to me in one of his YouTube videos & I am grateful to GreenLife for making safe, affordable, non-stick bakeware. Thank you! The colors are contemporary, vibrant & fun as well. Let my photo be your reminder to use a silicone or plastic spatula & not a knife to remove your muffins. Even though it scratched, I took off no stars. It’s still a fantastic value. It’s affordable enough that I can replace it.

These pans are excellent! Not only that they’re absorbable and they clean well. In addition, they baked evenly and made some beautiful muffins. I would highly recommend these.

This is everything I was looking for. It is a nice weight with enough room on the edges to pick up out of the oven without ruining anything in the cups however the color is flaking off the bottom after only one use. Normally this wouldn't bother me but it has only been used once and the more you touch the bottom, even with your fingers, the color is flaking off in pieces and it crushes into a fine dust all over the place. Otherwise the pan is a good weight, lightweight but has enough weight it feels sturdy and everything cooked evenly.

I love this muffin tin!The color is pretty.Nothing sticks.I even make egg 'muffins' (just eggs) in the pan and they don't stick at all.They are easy to wipe clean, just make sure you don't use a rough scrubber or it will eventually make the coating peel off.My favorite muffins:(shown in pictures)Almond flour Blueberry muffins:(Gluten free, dairy free, paleo)Ingredients:-2 cups almond flour-1 tsp baking soda-1/2 tsp salt-2 large eggs- 4 TBSP liquid egg whites (or 2 egg whites from egg)-1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey)-1 tsp vanilla extract-2 TBSP olive oil-1 TBSP Apple cider vinegar-1 cup blueberriesDirections:Preheat oven to 350°F.-Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.-Mix all the wet ingredients in a bowl and then add in with the dry ingredients and mix altogether.-Fold in the blueberriesScoop out with 1/4 scoop into muffin tin.Makes 8-9 muffins.(Pour a bit of water into any empty muffin tins so they don't burn in the oven.)Bake for 25 minutes at 350°FENJOY!!-->For more recipes or health and fitness tips, go to my Instagram @trainwithmarijane
