Ordered 3 and just ordered one more. The tool and hardware are included and even provided an extra of each size screw and bolt. The garden hose stand has 4 legs with a horizontal bar enforcement. Powder coating promises no rust. Described to hold up to 150 feet of hose. One of the 3 is used for one heavy duty hose and 2 together are used for 300 feet of heavy duty hose. They are holding up nicely. The decorative design is attractive, especially compared to others on the market. The height is a big plus. A previously used garden hose reel required bending over, placing the foot on the bottom to keep it balanced and repeatedly turning the handle to reel the heavy 100 foot hose. Manually rolling is much easier.

For the price, this is both sturdy and it looks good. I needed a hose holder that could handle 150 ft of 3/4" rubber hose. For a few minutes of set-up, this does the trick. It's very lightweight, but the metal tubing, well-placed bolts, and 4 deep stakes are robust. One can spend a lot of $$ on this sort of thing, so I'm quite pleased with my purchase.

This is a well balanced hose management holder. My Gardner put the first one together and we used it a month in the back yard before I bought it again to use in the front yard. Perfect now. Ground is neater looking. Hose is contained and organized. No more tripping over the hose (which my father and I both did). Recommend this hose if you dont want to drill into your house siding and dont want to deal with the winding ones breaking down.
