Pans are be a little flimsy. Works well if not too full. Cannot use for a baked item unless it's on another baking pan

I wanted to be able to cook and freeze ahead in these pans. I selected this set because each pan has an aluminum cover. The sets are very thin and work best in the oven placed on a cookie sheet for better security in and out of oven. The thinness doesn't so far affect the quality of the recipes and the lids get crimped on for for coverage. The pans flare out from bottom to top so there is not a large bottom to them, but they are deep enough to accommodate a full recipe of Mac and cheese. If the aluminum was thicker I would give it 5 stars.

I got these for a family get together. They were perfect and not as flimsy as the Dollarstore pans. The price was very economical and I love that they come with lids.
