These are great and serve multiple purposes. I use them in cooking, baking, etc., out in the garden, to hold composting scraps, picking vegetables from beds, etc.

A previous item that I ordered was also a shallow depth, but the standard 1/2 size lid was a little too big, but I was able to cut the lid to size, easily.This item is the right size for the standard 1/2 size lids.

works great to do my specialty potatoes in. I fill the pan, and just wrap it up with tin foil, and put it on the bbq. they are cheaper too than in the store

These pans are super deep and perfect for turkeys or oven baked casseroles. I would suggest doubling up depending on the amount you’re cooking at the time because a single pan cannot withstand too much weight.
