Unit does not work with my--factory installed hitch on Toyota Tundra. Looks like it would work with a receiver that does not have a ridge around the edge.

Only partially fits hitch receiver on Ford Explorer. Can only use side screw , not the top screw.

This is really good if your using an adapter going from a 1.5" size to a 2" receiver. But I bought it for the wrong purpose. I have a hitch extender to keep a cargo trailer from touching my topper in sharp backup turns. The 2" extender fits into the 2" receiver but the extender becomes 2.5", so it doesn't fit. There is an untapped market for Stabilizers for hitch extenders used with bike racks or trailers. No one makes one.What I really like about this stabilizer is if you intend to take this stabilizer on and off frequently, this is the best design because it is easy to do with the hand screws. The competitive models are designed, once they are on, its a pain to take off. Also having this product in my hands, I can assure you that this product is very well made.

This was very heavy and did not work for me. The two bolt position made it so it could not work with hitch. I ended up buying another simple U designed one for much less money and it works perfect to keep hitch from moving around.
