Nate is right on in his description of these rods. First, they are so difficult to actually find, I was thrilled when I stumbled upon these. But the holes on the rods have jagged metal that prevents you from sliding them onto the clips. These aren't very sturdy, so too much pressure and you'll bend either the rod, or the clip. Guess I will have to drill out the hole as well. Rather disappointing.

I ordered these to replace ones that were probably 20 years old. They are exactly the same but quite poorly made. Flimsy of course, but the hooks would not fit the ends of the rods. The stamped holes were left so ragged that I had to drill them out. The hooks are so thin and flimsy that I would have easily broke them had I forced the rods on. I paid at least twice what I would consider these worth. Luckily, they are only temporary and I plan to replace both the doors I have them on in a few months.
