I have a fiberglass shower. I cleaned the walls well before I installed these handles. Also cleaned the suction cups. I stuck them to the wall and it seemed like they had a good grip but a day later they fell off. I tried this several times and had the same results. It seems that the only way would work is to put them up just before taking a shower each day.

these shower bars are not safe, they don't stay stuck to your shower, I reached out to grab the shower bars and they came off the shower wall I think you can't get them wet, not even worth sending back

The product description makes it clear. That so long as you are on a flat shiny surface then this will hold immense weights. I followed the direction and I now have two safety grab bars… One in the shower and one alongside a commode.Extremely pleased with the flexibility to place the grab bar exactly where I needed them.

We easy to install. Would give 5 stars but had a temporary issue with suction on one of the bars. It so far no further issues. Would recommend.

I bought these for my shower following recent surgery and my need to be steady on my feet. Since the shower is tiled, I didn’t want to have handles drilled into the tile. These items solved the problem. My only complaint is that sometimes the suction fails so I have to make sure they are secure before I get in the shower.
