There is no outer portal to insert a SIM card. It's very difficult to open and inside there seems to be(but I'm not sure yet) a place to put a Sim card. They don't indicate what SIM card to purchase so I hope I got the right one. I'm glad this thing wasn't too expensive and I'm considering sending it back if the SIM card doesn't work..Follow up... well the SIM card didn't work and I'm gonna throw this crap in the trash. They don't tell you what SIM card to buy and the one I bought did fit but did not work. Also there is a monthly subscription charged for the service. Wasn't told that either in the beginning

The GPS comes with unclear instructions. Does not work. Contacted CS 3x's, no response. Returning it now.

waste of money. Demonstration is in chinese. Needs a sim card which was not mentioned. Going to send back. Waste of money.
