This device is great way to track your vehicle. I use this device to track my child if he happens to be lost or stuck on the side of the road. Customer service is pretty helpful if as well. One of the Reps (Jaimie) was very helpful in navigating me through the features as far as changing payment methods. I would recommend this for parents with teenagers.

I bought a permanently wired tracker to give warning of theft of an untended tractor not realising that it requires 13.6V (an operating motor) to send a GPS location.The tracker tells me that it is disconnected even when it is still connected to the standing battery at 12.6V.That means that if the tractor gets stolen, I don't get notified until the tractor is started in its new location.I need to be notified if THE TRACKER IS ACTUALLY disconnected from the tractor as well as notified as soon as it is outside my geofence. I've asked for them to cancel my expensive subscription and am awaiting their response.It took a while for brick house to understand problem but now it is all fixed and the monitoring has been extended by two months

Very pleased with the ease of use through the app, and the exact location tracking. I use this in my work vehicle so its definitely a plus being able to track location, speed, distance traveled, and route. Highly recommend

Overall services are good although the unit gets lost at least once time of day while driving on major expressways or major, thorough Ways…. It may be poor carrier services, but the software does not seem to reconnect without exiting the application and re-trying, and even then it may, or may not connect for several hours. That said when the unit is working, it does exactly as expected.Also, the application map is not the best quality, they could take a lesson from Google and have multiple views to the same geographic area i.e. Street only, a more topical viewpoint, and a high-level satellite. Difficult to trace the street names with the only viewpoint offered.

I purchased three Brickhouse Security gps trackers off of Amazon. After installing them in the vehicles, I had a few issues that I needed help with.
