The best lights EVER. They adhere well and super easy to install. Great vibrant light compared to cheaper ones. My son loves the app, so he can easy change the color/sequence. I loved it because so easy to install and customize length, and stays where you want without falling off or pealing back.If you want really good room lights....these are the ones to buy.I will definitely be buying some for other rooms.

Super easy to install. Sticky backing sticks great. Lights look great. Love how you can change the color from your phone. They are dimmable. There is a remote hooked to the wall for easy on/off. My 15 and 17 year olds love them. The only con would be that it will tear the paint off the wall if you take them down.

I recently added LED light strips to my room, and they’ve completely transformed the space! These lights are fantastic. They offer a vibrant, customizable glow that enhances the entire atmosphere. The colors are rich and the brightness is perfect, whether you want a soft ambiance or a more intense look.What really sets them apart is the app. It's super user-friendly, allowing me to control the lights effortlessly from my phone. I can change colors, adjust brightness, and even set timers or sync the lights with music, all with a few taps. The app works seamlessly, which makes using the lights even more enjoyable.Overall, I couldn’t be happier with these LED light strips. They’re a great addition to any room and the smart features are a huge bonus! Highly recommended!

These WERE great. They're actually amazing. They stick very well for the most part as long as you use the wipes provided to remove dust. They color change and work in a great system with other govee lights. I've noticed that they have a slight blue/cool color tint so the color you select in the app may not represent the color you get through the lights. It's not a problem for me because I just choose a darker or warmer version of the color I would like. Just mess with the color wheel to get the color you actually want to see. It's good when turning corners but if you're trying to turn the light into a T shape, it's a bit of a struggle but I personally don't mind it. Unfortunately, after a month of use, a single light turned cyan. Now I don't feel like removing all of the lights, returning it, and putting up new ones just because one light has gone bad. Especially now that holidays are over and I will be too busy to set aside time to pull the lights down safely, and wait for new ones to deliver, then set aside time to set the new ones up.Honestly, I would still recommend these lights to anyone and everyone just because of how easy it is to set up without needing tape and how customizable it is. I love having a system set up with multiple different govee lights to create themes and good lighting.

I bought 3 sets for my 3 kids (all boys) last Christmas (2019– it’s now June 24th, 2020). They are still going strong, they’re used almost daily, so I can tell they hold up. If I were to buy any more, I’d buy this brand specifically.My kids LOVE them! One of my son’s friends asked me what brand they were and from where I’d purchased them because he was wanted some, and this kid has everything already!My oldest often leaves the house with these still on (grrr), and I end up unplugging them if he leaves his door open (update- I started just unplugging his entire strip, and he magically doesn’t do that anymore—mom win!)—but, sometimes I don’t notice, he leaves them on for hours, and they’re fine! Needless to say, they’ve a long lifespan! They’re LED, so they don’t use much electricity, which is nice when your son leaves them on for loooonnnnnggg periods of time. They work, they’re vibrant, they’re very bright and colorful, and they do everything the description states!One put them around the perimeter of his room along where the walls & ceiling meet, one put them along the perimeter of the underside of the top bunk in his bed, and the other put them on the perimeter of the underside of his bed, so they reflect on the floor. They all look very cool. But do pay attention to the length, as none of my kids’ applications go around 100%. Although they all look quite good and lighten the entire rooms, that is something to be aware of. And if you or anyone in your household has epilepsy, use common sense and don’t buy them—I imagine that would be a big problem, although you can set them to a steady light.I can see being able to do many different things/projects with these because they’re crazy bright, have the controls on the cord, can be extended easily (without the need for additional controls), they last, the adherents haven’t failed any of them, and my kids all put them on by themselves, telling me they’re very easy to install. Like I mentioned, they adhere well, but I still recommend wiping the surface with isopropyl alcohol prior to sticking them wherever (although my kids didn’t, and they’re ok... but I still would, just to be safe and thorough). If alcohol may harm the surface, a good soap and water mix would work, as long as any residue is rinsed off completely and the surface is absolutely dry.I 100% recommend these to anyone looking for LED adhesive strips. They’re fun, the price is reasonable considering the high quality, and they do exactly what they’re meant to. I hope this helps you with your purchasing decision!!!
