We bought a pergola and chandelier, which was super pretty but terrible for lighting. One strip of these covered the entire pergola around the outside and across the middle twice, creating a sort of spiderweb of light, and it's great! They were easy to affix to the aluminum roof, and the adhesive is strong, as the first set I purchased is still on securely. The light is surprisingly bright, sufficient for nighttime tasks - like midnight burgers - but not it's not a blinding bother-the-neighbors glow. The color changes are fun and help create a good vibe for any occasion. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that, even though these are waterproof, some of the lights did seem to burn out and now we have a few odd and random colors in the string rather than one consistent color. For instance, there are a couple greens and reds disrupting a solid white. Other than that, though, they are a good buy!

These babys are pretty bright and 2 16ft rolls will light up a good size room. No batteries to worry about because they come with a wiring harness to connect them to the remote control, I haven't stuck them up yet so I hope the tape on them holds well. You can't go wrong for the price and I think they would make good Christmas lights or decorations!

I tested the strips before I put them up and they all worked in Red. I put them in place and ran through a few colors only to discover half of the strip did not work in Blue and in purple, that same half of the strip was red.Edit.. I contacted customer service and they were prompt to resolve my issue. My 5 star rating if for the customer service that I experienced.

I absolutely love these LED strip lights! The 32.8ft length (2 rolls of 16.4ft) provides plenty of coverage for my space, and the color-changing feature is amazing. I normally never write reviews, let alone a bad review, but I am writing this to hopefully help someone out so you don't end up like me... disappointed and frustrated. Earlier this month I had ordered a different set of DAYBETTER LED light strips and needed to order more of the set to complete my project. Well, when I went to reorder them- I saw that they were "currently unavailable" and then below it said "we do not know when or if this item will be in stock". So, what do I do? Take a deep breath and look to find another set of lights from the same company, with the same descriptions (written and pictured), and good reviews. Sure enough I came across these. They looked exactly the same as the others and were even advertised to be "frequently bought" with the exact same connectors I bought and used for my other strip! Even customers who had left reviews uploaded some pictures of the strip lights and they looked exactly like mine. Great, right? I thought so too. Well I received this new set today, opened the package, and find a super thick LED light strip... So, that was my first hunch that something was off because I was 100% positive that I was buying the same thickness of strip. These looked so weird next to my other ones, but, I decided to hold onto hope and thought "that's okay, when I put them up you won't even noticed the difference". That's where the second red flag came. As stated before I already had the connectors that they were advertised with- so that means the strip has to be able to fit into the connector, right? ... Yeah no. I put this strip into the connector the exact same way I had inserted my other strip lights and the thickness of the strip literally broke the connector! And, I tested it, even if the connector did not break and the strip fit- there was absolutely no way the connector could close... the strip was WAY too thick! So, now I am left with an unfinished project and two boxes of LED strip lights that I have to now go return. I have no idea if DAYBETTER just recently decided to change all their strip lights to this thickness or what, but, now I have no idea how or if I can finish my project because I am hesitant to order from this company again.I added multiple pictures so that you all know what I am referring to. You clearly see the difference in thickness between the two strips and how the strip didn't fit with the connecter at all.

Es buen accesorio para decoracion del hogar.Solo que no pega muy bien el pegamento que trae tuve que reforzarlo con otro porque se caía.

lights look amazing and you can hide them ANYWHERE! tucked these up under my roof and you can’t see them unless you’re standing against the house, awkwardly bending and looking up. They will be used all year as warm white downlighting. they wash the house nicely and give it a warm glow. We can also be a little more festive during other holidays like Easter and St.Pattys Day!This was my first time working with these. I don’t mess with anything electrical or that involves propane/natural gas, and I found the learning curve to be super easy. It took like 20mins and a ladder to do the rooflineONLY CON...and it’s more of a warning really. If you’re new to these rgb strips like me, pay attention to what you’re buying. Read the descriptions, DO NOT pay attention to pictures of remote or photos of box. It took 3x, all from the same company, to get what i actually wanted. Some only so solid red, green, blue. But references the words “color changing”. The remote for those is the same it just doesn’t function the same. The color buttons, other than the main (R)red, (B)blue, (G)green, just change the brightness settings up and down. These lights do have settings for red/blue combo, red/green combo, and blue/green combo along with the 3 solid colors. The waterproof ones are thicker and feel like it’s more of a rope light. None of Mine came with connectors or direction changing connectors which you need to connect them end to end.
