Very sturdy, high quality. Very heavy. It was the style and color I was looking for and looks great in our bathroom without countertops

I ordered these with a certain vision I had in mind when designing my new bathroom remodel. I am a bargain shopper at heart and always will be, but when it comes to certain products, I choose quality over saving money. I saw the price on these and thought they probably wouldn’t meet my expectations at such a low price point. The last faucet I bought three years ago was right at $300 for a single kitchen faucet. So I do love a good faucet. For my bathroom though , I didn’t have to have perfection(like I wanted in my kitchen) but I wanted it to look vintage and of good quality and have a nice color, while mostly sealing and operating well. These met all my expectations I ordered two, they came nicely packaged and undamaged, instructions, and all. The color was nice and not too cheap looking. They were heavy and well made and jot like some of those cheap plastic ones or even lightweight metal ones, which was great. The water comes out perfectly from the faucet and no side spraying or anything. It fit perfectly in our space. I do have one small quam about the pipe size that has to go into this… it’s an odd size so we did have to do some work to make it fit into it perfectly but we made it work and it’s fine. A lot of faucets have an odd size that links up to your plumbing and it’s just not the size that your local hardware store usually carries (as far as pipes go). I did look at the size before buying so I was aware of it in advance but just be sure you always check all the measurements that they so kindly provide for you in the product pictures listed. Happy renovating and thank you for the amazing pieces that have made my bathroom look amazing! 😻

Affordable, nice looking faucet. Great customer service! The faucet was easy to install, fits perfectly in my older pedestal sink. It’s pretty much plug and play with click together hoses.I had a drip start after 2.5 of use (hard water issue in my town) the old cartridges were a little difficult to get unscrewed, but the new cartridges are much better, (hot and cold) with a larger area for a wrench. Once I got the old cartridges out, the new cartridges went in easily. They sent me a video of how to do it.

I was very excited to get this faucet. It checked all the boxes for me, and for the price, it was worth taking a look at. Everything was great until about three months in, and I started developing a drip. I reached out to them to see if they could send me a fixAfter over a month, I finally got a link to a video file to disassemble and reassemble this particular faucetThat didn’t make it any better; instead, it made it worse. They suggested for me to PayPal them $15 and they would send me the fixWhat???lesson learned never had this problem with Delta, Moennot only are there parts readily available but many cases of just sending you the parts especially if it’s still under warranty as this wasnot a big fan

We chose this faucet for our mini bathroom remodel as an affordable option versus what major big box stores (ie Home Depot, Lowes) carry. Not many options in this style are available and they are much more expensive. It looks great, was easy for plumber to install, functions well. The faucet extends nice and far into the middle of the sink so you don’t bump your hands into the front of the sink when washing hands. This new kind of plug system is a great improvement on the old plunger kind. Only issue was after about 6 months of normal use in our primary bathroom, the hot water began to leak. We contacted Gotonovo directly to report the issue and they ask us for photos and video of the leak to confirm what part to send. They sent us a replacement part within a week or so. My husband was able to replace the faulty part and this resolved the leak. It’s been about a month now and all functions well.

Don’t buy this. A hairline crack in the brass in both the drain and the hot water tap developed. Wrote the company and they didn’t care.

I have always been a name-brand faucet person. While I am decent for a DIY plumber, I am not a fan of plumbing. Because I'm not a fan, I always over-engineer/over-buy for my jobs. The more significant name-brand faucets used to be, and many still are, of higher quality. That better quality would give me peace of mind.Recently we decided to remodel a bathroom. I started searching for a new faucet by finish type. When I saw this faucet, my wife and I loved the look. The price was suspiciously low, and it was certainly not a name-brand.I read the reviews, and most were very positive. I saw no regrets on the brushed nickel finish. The one area there were several negative reviews was the pop-up drain assembly. Just in case, I purchased the most expensive pop-up drain that my local big box store had.The Good:The brushed nickel finish is very pleasing.Very little plastic. A few months back, I purchased a name-brand faucet at almost twice the price. It is a very nice faucet, but I was shocked at how much of what looked like metal was plastic.High-quality plumbing bits. The hoses are excellent, and the valves seem nice. The pop-up drain assembly. Yes, I had worried for not. Materials and fit, and finish were excellent. It was every bit as good as my expensive backup. Time will tell if the brushed nickel finish holds up, but I was delighted. With the negative reviews, I suspect one of two things. Did they upgrade it? Or... Did some purchasers struggle with the installation?Areas of Concern:The hot and cold labels feel just a tad cheap. They are plastic. The lettering is just ok. It's not as crisp as I would like, and it is not well centered. I might be too picky.Lack of confidence if I needed support. All you get seems to be a very odd e-mail address. That may be fine, but the e-mail address appears to be akin to Hotmail address. In all my years of doing plumbing, only once have I ever gone to a manufacturer for support, so the chances of needed their support are slim.Overall I am happy with this faucet. If, over time, something changes, I will update my review.
