These things are Great! I bought them to wear after my cosmetic procedure (liposuction) they fit great and are very comfortable and cool. I wear them at least 12 hrs a day. They aren’t expensive. The material is great and durable. I highly recommend these over the more expensive ones. They are just as good, if not better.

If you are looking for a shirt that will help you look slimmer and help you with your posture then this is definitely a good pick. It fits tight as it is supposed to do and it remains tight for the entire time that you wear it. This shirt gave me the self confidence to wear a few shirts that I had been too embarrassed to wear for over a year because they showed all of my unsightly fat. I am able to put this shirt on the normal way, which is over my head. I have been wearing these types of shirts for a while and I have been able to learn some tricks, for lack of a better word, that let me get them on over my head instead of having to step in to them and pull them up that way. There are a couple of brands that I have to step into and it doesn't bother me to do so and it does not make me less of a man to put them on that way. The only way that anyone would know how you put one of these shirts on would be for you to tell them. I wear this shirt for any occasion and for extended amounts of time. It is what I consider to be a lightweight shirt and I am very comfortable in it. Air is able to flow into and out of this shirt so it doesn't make you hot and sweaty while wearing it. I wash all of my compression/bodyshaper shirts in a front loading high efficiency machine and then line dry them and so far I have not had any negative effects from doing so and that includes this one as well. So, this shirt checks all the boxes for me and I plan on wearing it for a long time and I will order another one soon.

The product I received is too small and very uncomfortable to wear. Feeling like being squeezed. Another thing worse is the return charge is almost the price of the product that means there is no point to return.Please buy a larger size.

At 5'9"/185 lbs this is just right tight. Usually wear L shirts. This a M. Another manufacturer's very similar L proper by their chart slightly too loose, but M too tight. Shirt MUST BE TIGHT to get benefits of body shape, proper posture, low back pain relief etc. GET A DIFFERENT PRODUCT WITH EG 5% SPANDEX IF DON'T WANT MAX TIGHT. If can put on over head it's too loose. I liked this soft nylon feel better than another product. Also this pulled abdomen in better. All of the compression shirts (tried about 6 different ones) good for MOOBs if tight enough fit.Hint for 'stepping in': •With side seams properly aligned pull up completely with lower end up to slightly above final position; •Pull rest up to ~underarms: •• Be sure to remove folds and twists leaving top end free and easy to grasp; •Easier to put on shoulders and back without folds and twists if pull one side to 'off the shoulder' first; •Make sure on straight and completely pulled up by checking seams on side & shoulder seams on top.; •After fully on and straight, pull bottom edge down to final proper length removing remaining slight folds.I find bottom long enough but tends to roll up when sit. (Good length standing.) I wash in mesh bag, cold, cold cycle of machine and hang by shoulders to dry with no problems after 2 months of repeated washings. I like the black better as 'beige' skin tone much too orange. Complaints of no dark tan seem valid. Blue and deep red tones as in non-compression 5% spandex products would be nice.Wearing max tight improved body shape and helped posture for back relief. (Relief starts with pulling in abdomen, and standing straight with shoulders back as a soldier at attention. Do so actively using your muscles with shirt as reminder.) I definitely recommend and have even had some relief of LBP by attention to posture promoted by garment. R. H. MD, FAAOS

It does what it's supposed to. Thick, durable material that should last. It helps give a slimmer, smooth look. Helps with belly and muffin top. Long enough to tuck into pants. Personally, for me the top part was slightly loose in the shoulder area compared to everywhere else. Surprisingly more comfortable than I expected and no issues with roll up once it's on and tucked into pants. Although be warned it can get a little warm because of the thick material.The only reason I give one star it because the first photo is sort of deceiving. This top is completely flat and will not give the illusion of a six pack. This was not important to me at all, but there may be people who purchase it thinking it will. There are shirts out there that will do that, but this is definitely not one of them.

I recently lost over 100 pounds thanks to weight-loss surgery. 328 lbs. to 218 and still losing. I have lots of clothes that are just out of reach—size 36 waist jeans and pants, polo shirts, vests—because of the loose skin in my abdominal area.I normally wear XL in shirts because of my height (6’3”) so I ordered larges. Two black and two flesh. They were a bit difficult to get on at first but I got used to it. I started stepping into them and pulling them up but eventually it became easier to pull them on over my head.They are amazing. They are comfortable, they do their job, and they give me a flat stomach and tame my love handles. I’m filling in clothes I never dreamed I would wear again. I wash them after every second or third wearing. Gentle cycle, hang dry. I get complimented all the time on how well my clothes fit. They rarely show through what I’m wearing but sometimes I’ll put a white T-shirt over the flesh colored one if it’s going under a white dress shirt. I save the blacks strictly for working out or black clothing. I find my posture has improved too, just because I’m more aware of everything while wearing them.
