After loosing a lot of weight, nearly 100 pounds I was able to get to get an abdominoplasty or easier to say excess skin removal surgery. With my procedure I also got a translocation of umbilicus (belly button) other wise my belly button would have ended up about the pubic bone area.Anyone who has had this procedure or other abdominal surgery knows you are often placed in a binder to provide compression. I’m told it helps with healing.Since I only had one binder I got another one like the one I came home from the hospital in.Due to my medications for various medical conditions I’m healing slowly. I started to find the binder more uncomfortable more so as I was able to move around. After the drains came out.We my doctor and I discussed the need for compression for longer period. Perhaps even up to a year given my age I’m 62 and on medications to treat my psoriatic arthritis.I was told that I could try tight biking shorts as regular compression shorts wouldn’t go high enough Searched for a more comfortable option. At first I tried just a compression tank top without additional compression layer. It may have been ok if I hadn’t over done it I developed a seroma that required draining not a comfortable process. As a result the doctor wanted me in heavier compression longer period of time.So back to the binder it and I started my search again. This time I thought I’d include a high waisted compression underwear shorts I got both boxer brief, and brief style I came across to options from this company this one and a pull over or step in tank. Both provide a nice compression and then including the high waisted underwear I’ve been very comfortable, I can move around without feeling the binder.Of the 2 styles I do prefer this one may only have an issue with it. One is the zipper it comes so high that an eagle pendant taps on as I move. Im sure the reason for it being so high has do with the fact this top is or can also be used for gynecomastia or man boobs. I also have that to some degree and may get that done as well. The second is it pushes some remaining excess skin up so it kind of bulges over the top of arm hole. Not a problem as I don’t think I’ll be wearing just this top.Over all I find this top product very comfortable so much so I’ve ordered a couple more of them along with the underwear to wear while I wash them.I do wash it in a front load washer on delicate cycle and in a large laundry bag then air dry it.If you need compression either post surgery (discuss with your doctor) or just to look slimmer while loosing weight and getting healthier. Get this product and you may consider the compression undershorts.

I received the product promptly. However, when I tried it on it was lose. I moved it to the 2nd row of clasps, and noting. Felt like it just made me loo fatter. I tried the 3rd row of clasps and finally felt compressed, but not enough and my chest was looking like I had a bra on. I believe it is because it was a Large size, which the chart said I should get, but I guess I’m smaller. This was the only issue I had. I am returning it for a Medium and hope it is better. So, maybe buy a size smaller if you really want it to compress your belly and make you look slim. Otherwise you will look and feel “puffy”!

I usually wear a 2x in shirt size but sized down to large. It fits perfectly and the quality is good. I will say that the zipper does show a little when using a plain tee. Other than that, no other issues.

Definitely a great purchase, fit great and cannot see through shirt. Does run a bit smaller but it works. I’m usually wearing an XL and I dropped down to some L and with this on all my shirts that are L fit great. I bought a size L and it fits tight but I intend to keep losing weight so this works for me

I am done ordering clothing from here unless & until someone can tell me why everything comes with the tags removed in resealed bags. It’s as if it’s a returned item or resold from a larger package or something, I don’t know what. It’s a shame though because the fit is nice & comfortable and the material seems good.

Very well made product. Much better than the simple straps that don't stay in place. Planning to order the next lower size once a few pounds come off.

I ordered the TAILONG Men Compression Shirt/Tank Top primarily for back support to wear while I play sports (soccer, mainly). I have moderate scoliosis and have a spine that curves to the side. As a result, I have suffered from varous degrees of back pain throughout most of my adolescent and adult life. I've always been caught up in that vicious cycle of 'take off the weight to ease the pressure off the back and knees,' but when you put on weight you experience so much pain so you can't exercise and then you put on even more weight, etc, etc. Plus, I work long hours and end up eating late in spite of my best (sporadic) efforts. Plus, I hate exercising. I'm one of those who much prefers to play sports (soccer and table tennis/ping pong mostly) rather than go to the gym, lift weights, or even jogging.I need help with current, ongoing bouts of back pain and of course I'm interested in preventing future episodes of back pain. I've often wondered if compression tops would help and I've tried quite a few. One of the things I've realized with compression tops is that the quality a brand starts off with is very rarely maintained, especially the quality of the material used, or the product is discontinued so you can't buy it anymore. The TAILONG Men Compression Shirt really helps with my back pain and my posture. I am very happy with it. It took some time to put it on the first couple times because of the hooks and I simply wasn't accustomed to it but you work out a system pretty quickly (I start by hooking the bottom first then moving up, then fxing the zipper at the bottom and sliding it up). The material is very good quality and the size chart is pretty adequate. If anything, order a size larger than you normally would, the adjustment hooks on the inside of the top should compensate with regard to comfort. The slimming effect is seconday for me, but it works very well in that department as well. Also, please understand I'm not recommendding this as a weight-lifting accessory, simply as a antastic compression type top/vest. Great customer service from the seller too!
