I do love this rug, HOWEVER, it did stain/tint/miscolor my new wood floor. Realwood. I think I bought this just a little before we did a refinish of the room this rug is in. Either way, the floor was redone recently as it was sometime 2024; so this rug after at least several months I now see left slightly obvious orange/yellow tint the size of the rug. Not by the sun, though I know the sun discolors as well. There is a completely different rug in center of the room followed by a small 2-3” gap of open floor before this rug and this rug position is where the discoloring only is located. Maybe a tiny bit darker under that rug compared to the open floor too but it is basically nonexistent, not noticeable vs this rugs spot by the door.That said, I know a lot of people would be ticked off by this. I’m not happy about it but it is still a great rug and now I know to put something under it. It is what it is. I guess I’m not devastated because I have similar problems of unlatching wood in the next room. We had a patch put in where wood floor was missing connect with older looking wood floor so not a perfect match. Pff sadly we also have a much worse rug stain from previous owners in a bathroom so I can live with this. kind of learning to live with such things. Every floor type has issues with certain rugs.The rug is going right back where it was after I cleaning. I have other rugs similar to this and this is the only one that doesn’t move when the door opens! Good on its main role-staying put and catching dog pawsIt stays in place.Similar prices elsewhere but this product does the best so far of what I’ve tried.Absorbs well.Just the backing it too strong or too chemically to be safely on the floor.I attached a few photos trying to show the wood color change. Can’t tell as much in pics as can in person.Last pic compares this rug with a similar one. The one in my hand is this rug showing the difference in the bottom

Good luck getting a replacement or refund after 16 months. I contacted Gorilla with P.O. number from Amazon and date of purchase. Rubber backing was splitting and I had their "10 year warranty" They emailed me back stating that Amazon had changed recordkeeping of purchases and basically told me to chase amazon around to get photo of original receipt along with blah, blah blah, so virtually impossible to get refund/replacement.

I purchased 2 of these rugs for in front of both doors. I recently got a puppy and let’s just say these have been washed and dried at least 4 times each already. They work great for helping to dry those gigantic feet my pup has and still look amazing after several washes. I am buying a couple more. Definitely recommend!

Purchase number of this product over the years to use as doormat. Works great to keep floor dry as I wipe my dogs feet and certainly seems to trap a bunch of debris preventing it from damaging hardwood floors. Washes up well, make sure have washer tub balanced because these get heavy when wet. I line dry mine. Treated this way they last a very long time.

Finally! A rug that keeps my Labrador Retriever from tracking in mud! It washes great, looks good and works like a charm!

This mat has a nice, rich color that matches nicely with the area. It’s slip resistant, soft and thick and does a great job cleaning snow, water and dirt off our shoes without leaving behind a bad smell. This mat is exactly what I was looking for. I love it!

Excellent appearance, texture and working. Slip resistance is not so much seen as is noted. Easy to clean.

I bought two of these & I love them for trapping dirt, water & snow. Stays in place extremely well. The only reason I took 1 star away is because one of the rugs sheds constantly. Not sure how it’s going to hold up after washing.
