Really comes in handy for making breakfast. The handles do get hot so be careful. I love baking with the silicone mat in place too. Great purchase.

Love the look and size of the griddle, even the non-stick coating feature, BUT when using it, it gives off a horrible chemical smell and it transferred to the tortillas I was warming up. I did wash and dry the griddle before first use. I even washed it a few times afterwards but no luck, same chemical smell when used. The heat was low to medium level. Returned item back to Amazon.

I’m loving this. Much safer on glass top, not bowed or unleveled, so it doesn’t spin or slide. Good heat distribution, nice width, very nonstick. I use the cooking mat to roll out dough. It’s not $100, that’s a plus! Cons: handles get very hot, I would be careful not to slide on a glass top just because the machines edges do seem to have some catch to them. Wish it came in navy to match kitchen because it’s a beautiful pan

I’ve wanted a double burner griddle for a while. I have an electric stove, so options feel more limited. This one is extremely sturdy, well built and works a charm. I’ve been able to wipe it clean with a rag or paper towel easily after each meal. It makes excellent, pancakes, eggs, omelettes, and more. It’s a lot of cooking space and works well split vertically between my large bottom burner and top small burner (albeit at a slight angle).Highly recommend this!

the good:* product says dishwasher safe. when I got it I immediately put it in the dishwasher. It didn't rust or chip or anything. It seems that finally in this the year of our lord 2023 we have figured out the technology to make dishwasher-safe dishes.* size is pretty much optimal - it doesn't quite reach 2 burners for me, but if it did, it wouldn't fit in the dishwasher.the bad:* you know why it's not quite rectangular? so that their helpfully supplied baking mat, at least on one side, shows you yet another logo* the product page says oven save to 450. The manual says oven safe to 350.* these handles beg you to burn yourself with them. inevitably they're going to get hot, being right next to a heating element - but the problem is that they don't go all the way around the handles, so rather than an uncomfortably warm silicone grip, you're *very* likely to have the grip slip and leave your fingers touching the (metal) handles.* $50the neutral:* "how good is the non-stick?" I've never used anything "non stick" that wasn't a nightmare of stickiness. It's fine i guess?* "how's the heat distribution?" the part over the burner is hot, and the part that isn't, isn't. I think we're always going to be stuck with that thanks to the laws of physics?
