Diatomaceous Earth (DE) is helpful in keeping the bugs that you don't want, at bay (such as mites). We use this in and around our chicken coop and run. A little bit goes a long way. Although you don't need one, it's also super helpful to use a duster when spreading the DE.

Product works great. I use it for my garden and chicken coop. Texture is similar to baking flower. No smell. Little goes a long way.

I use this in my chicken coop under their roosting bars. Helps with poop clean up. Keeps it from sticking or stinking! Works great! Easy clean up.

I mean really, can you say enough good things about diatomaceous earth??? Itās white, powdery and I get to throw it on my chickens. Stop me if you heard this one before, this stuff is great! I am concerned that Amazon suggests I mention āflavorā in my review.....I can honestly say thatās the one thing I didnāt do was to eat it myself.
