The cupola is shipped in 3 pieces for ease of install.. The bases miters were not fully together. We added braces on the inside to repair. There was a rather large chip in the white frame on one side of the glass section. We used composite glue to glue it back on.Unfortunately, since the packaging looked good and the weather was not appropriate to install a cupola when it arrived we did not fully unwrap until after we were outside the return window so I did not bother to reach out to customer service for help with the damages. (I can not say if their customer service would have helped or not.)Install was relatively easy (besides needing to be on a roof in the summer of course.)Overall I am happy with the product and think it looks nice.

I don't know where to begin. Shipping took forever and it was totally miscommunicated to me.Then, I bought the weathervane specifically from Good Directions so that it would fit - instead of keeping the one I had - to avoid any delays. You guessed it - it doesn't fit, although the website said if was specifically for that Cupola. I called to get the "extension" I needed to make it it - and now they promised it would be there in 1 day. 3 days later - tracking says its coming in next week. I give up! BAD DIRECTIONS
