Good directions white vinyl Manchester cupola. This louvered cupola features a hip style copper roof and smooth vinyl base. Built to last using an innovative material that is even more durable and rugged than natural wood. Constructed from solid vinyl plank and board that are much more substantial than other pvc or pvc coated products. The high quality construction makes these cupolas extremely durable, weather resistant and virtually maintenance free. They are unaffected by rain, snow, humidity, salt air or pesky insects. They don't need painting, but can be easily painted to complement any structure. This item shipped on a well made pallet and was very safely protected for the travel. It is well made, and fairly priced. We have had several positive comments from our neighbors and yes I will buy them again next year for another building.

We built an addition and added this to our roof - nice to have real venting! We opted to put the screening inside ourselves as we had some - a bit of a pain but don't have to worry abound critters getting in. We love how it looks. No damage in delivery either.

Very disappointed in quality of construction - Refund is issued within 30 days after they receive the item. & it takes up to 7 days for funds to be available in my account. I am disappointed.

With the exception of the copper roof being dinged up significantly the cupola looked great. When I read that Pilot was scheduling the delivery I cringed. I've had other products delivered by Pilot the were damaged and had to be returned. True to their form, the cupola copper lid was a mess. Plus, the delivery staff required a signature???? The invoice specifically stated no signature required upon delivery. I can live with the damage but it would have been an awesome treat for the cupola to have been as pristine as the photos. Five-stars for the cupola. Zero-stars for the shipping business.
