These keep the sand and small rocks out of my shoes. I do wish o could find them in lighter colors. I know they get dirty, but black is hiding the ticks.

The back attaches to your shoe with Velcro. One small strip comes with the gator. I wear multiple outdoor shoes which mean I would need to affix multiple strips of Velcro to all my shoes. Not happy at all. I somehow missed this point so my fault for not paying attention

I never recived this irem. I got the books but not the gaitors. Maybe they forgot yo add to order. I have ordered in past and got them fine. Please advise!Thank you

These are nice. Light and soft, good color, however I did make an adjustment so that the front of the shoe had better coverage. I unstiched the hook that was positioned at the top of the gaitor and moved it up on the material so that the gaiters covered more of the shoe. Now they are awesome and cover all of the lace area, eliminating any pebbles or dirt from getting into my shoe when I'm running.

I bought these before my Grand Canyon Rim to Rim hike in the hopes of keeping the super fine sand and rocks out of my shoe. These worked perfect! My Altras already have the velcro on the back, so I didn't need to add the stuff provided. I also did what some others suggested and reinforced the front clip with some added stitches, and had zero problems. They held up great!

Decent gaiters. Front lace hook is 'upside down'; you have to slide it in UNDER the lace. Good design for being secure, but let me tell you, it is a pain in the rear to take them off.

They’re lightweight, cute and served their purpose. I walk on a gravel trail and these kept the rocks and debris out of my shoes. The adhesive velcro strip is about 4” long so I just cut little pieces off, held fine and I’ll get multiple uses out of it. I can’t speak to running or hiking, as I do neither, but fine for fast paced walking.
