A little smaller in diameter of the the old radioshack realistic speaker it replaced. But was able to make it fit

I got a Free damaged Fender Rumble 15, all that was damaged was the speaker 8". So read on some fender forums about this Speaker, it is cheap or inexpensive so I gave the speaker a shot. To my surprise the bass speaker sounded great for my bass combo using a bass. Then I converted this bass combo into a speaker cab adding an instrument input direct to the speaker and another for the combo in the back. I then bought a small Joyo Tweed 20w head and plugged it in to the speaker using my 12 string. Man it sounds great! I can't believe I'm getting such a great sound from this speaker, sounds better than many guitar combo amps out there! So you don't have to buy a Celestion or a Eminence speaker because this little speaker has such a great sound, and I have various bass and guitar amps to compare to. I highly recommended this speaker you'll not only save some money but you'll be amazed at the sound.

Okay- der Bass wummert ein wenig mehr, als ursprünglich. Aber- die Lautsprecher passen von der Größe her perfekt in die Yamaha MS 60S, sind unglaublich günstig und klingen prima!Und das eine Ohm mehr scheint nicht so wichtig zu sein. Im Moment bin ich auf jeden Fall froh, trotz nicht mehr lieferbarer Original-Ersatzlautsprecher meinen Aktivboxen wieder neues Leben eigehaucht haben zu können. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

so bought 2 to replace my boston acoustic A70 woofers , unfortunately they are smaller but i was able to cut off the outer ring of my old blown woofers and screw it on these , the sound quality is excellent has plenty of bass , clean and punchy at this price you can't go wrong ...will they last idk but they seem to be built well

I am in the process of getting a small stereo hobby amp with Bluetooth. Since the amp has a separate channel and crossover for attaching a subwoofer, I went to Amazon and found this Goldwood 8" 4ohm subwoofer for a very reasonable price.The subwoofer arrived packed in a box and enclosed in a plastic bag, however there was no padding of the subwoofer at all. No wiring or mounting screws are provided. The speaker cone is 7" in diameter and the speaker frame is 8" in diameter. I recycled some plywood from a previous project to construct a sealed enclosure of about 0.5 cubic foot. I had an old unused Rockford Fosgate 8" speaker grill from a previous project, however the mounting holes for this subwoofer don't line up with the mounting holes in the grill (the grill mounting hole circle is slightly bigger). I ended up top-mounting the grill and bottom-mounting the subwoofer.So far the subwoofer sounds pretty good, I expect the sound to improve as the subwoofer gets broken in. For the price, this is a good deal for an 8" subwoofer.

Purchased as a replacement for a >25 year old paper cone speaker in an active subwoofer.More product info, of spec's, would have been nice since this purchase was mostly made on faith.After a few minor adjustments the replacement worked and the sound is great.Hopefully another 25 or more years.

This speaker has very good output in the mid and low end. 1 speaker can be heard through the entire house with a 100 watt mono amp. The enclose I put it in is ported and kneee high, 12" wide.
